It is very difficult to get an employee to help you. 80% of the time one has to wait about 5-10 minutes or sometimes no one will show up to help. You have to go with someone that knows about the things you need because finding help is difficult.

Great store location, great friendly helpful employees

Customer Service in return line needs to be retrained in customers returning items bought at any and especially the store in Highland san bernardino store . Even the manager could not remedy the return done on 9-23-19 at 0700 am. I had to call the retail equation number for them to tell them how to get them to take back the merchandise . What a waste of time . Retrain your staff home depot . This visit was a waste of my time .

This place is terrible. shopping carts littering the parking lot.making it so hard to find a parking spot. Employees have terrible attitudes. They try to pass you off from one employee to another when a issue comes up. Completely have no respect for your times or manners. Fits right in with area.

I always enjoy shopping here. The staff are always very helpful, the store is always clean and rarely cluttered. Was able to find what I wanted and needed without much difficulty.

The person who helped us “Christine” was helpful and knowledgeable. We were just “looking” but because of her patience with our many questions we ended up purchasing a stove and refrigerator. Thank you Christine for your awesome customer service!!!

The store is a general mess with hardware product consistently missing from the shelves. I went in for chalk paint that needs to be mixed with color. They sold the chalk paint but the paint department said they were turning customers away trying to buy this paint and get it mixed because they don't have the required color specs. Why sell it if you can't sell it?

People at the paint station were friendly and efficient. The three customers ahead of me were helped quickly. My 3 gallons of paint were brought to me at a good pace.

This is a great store to shop when you need to save time and money. Always busy but easy to get in and out if you're in a hurry. Always extra "good" stuff to find

Our Home depot is less than 10 minutes away including the great parking. Every time I shop there I find what I came for and find myself buying the extra items that I forgot to put on my list. I'm thankful that this Home Depot has not abandoned our city like many other big stores have.

l was in the store and I purchased some custom blinds. The staff was helpful and friendly very knowledgeable they confirmed my order and applied customer sale discount. As soon as they were in the store I was notified and when I went to pick up at customer service was very helpful and she helped me with other purchases I had. The blinds look great in my dining room and kitchen. Thank you Home Depot for the great experiance

While I have guys visiting several stores in several locations 0683 is on point with follow up calls regarding my pro rewards info and even when something doesn't seem right about an order they call to verify.

The guy arranging carts outside his name is Angel and he was extremely helpful w helping me load my truck. I had to be here early morning and buy new lumber because Redlands store #1013 screwed up a huge lumber delivery.

Professional and Friendly Staff throughout the store. Every Employee is ready to help. Clean and organized. Very well stocked.

Yes and No there are 75% of employees there that are very helpful. But when u get tha 25% it just upsets.

My experience was great at this location employees where great and helpful.

Store was somewhat neat and the employees were mildly friendly, one employee by the name of Troy was very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this store to anyone looking for easy selection and fast service.

if Thon were not there ,I would not but at this store. this employee is great.

They really try to make the community a better place by not allowing day laborers any more!
