We purchased a Kohler product that had a $100 rebate, and the nice green, friendly sticker indicated to ask an Associate. When we checked out, we asked the Associate and he said that the information was in the box. Needless to say, when we got home, it was NOT in the box. I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with someone. While I was on hold, I did the unimaginable and searched online for rebate. Wow. Found the details and required forms. I was however committed to this little social experiment. A friendly lady answered the phone and said she was going to pull the flyer for me. She didn't put me on hold so I could hear the ambient noise. I hung out for about three minutes when I heard shuffling of feet and promptly being hung up on. Score!

I had paint questions which were happily and thoroughly answered. Personnel helped me to find everything I needed.

the Solar sales people; they jump on you as soon as you enter the store then they're hard to shake off.

The return dept is batting a 1,000. Three for Three! If you want to feel uncomfortable and insignificant - make your returns to this store. Customer service is absent and replaced by people who don't like people.

The store was clean, the associate was very helpful, he helped put the heavy tile in my car, very respectful and I appreciated his help?

Was looking for Revere Stainless Scratch Cleaner, but I bought another product for my car I saw which I am eager to use. And THANK YOU for having the "Lightsticks" at the checkout counter, they are a great find and will be part of my emergency kit, in case of blackout etc.

The store was clean, organized and air-conditioned nicely. I always enjoy shopping here. It just seems like the associates are kind of hard to find, and they should make more effort to look available On the other hand, I am displeased with the in-store Solar salesmen. This one over the weekend was polite and professional but he attached himself to me like a tick. They need to stop being so aggressive. It makes going in a little less fun.

The associates are prompt to help, there is a positive dynamic between them that makes me feel comfortable to ask any questions about their products. Rick A is amazing.

I must shop here almost daily through the work week....enough so that half the employees seem to know me!! If you go there look for Greg or Ranjan in the pro desk checkouts...they make it super fast and easy!! Any questions the Pro Desk is your best friend...

It is very evident that management stays on top of all facets of the operation of this store. They consistently clean the aisle ways which I appreciate. Keep shelves stocked and are very helpful when needing assistances. For me as a general contractor - there isn't much this stores does not offer for the needs of my business including tools and equipment. I wished they sold trucks too

Came in to buy my husband a toolbox he's been eyeing for a few months. The associates quickly retrieved one with their forklift and were able to have it delivered that same hour! Great service and all wilth a smile!

My past experiences at Home Depot have been fair at best. However, I find like anywhere else, an excellent customer experience is driven by the companies ability to provide excellent customer service. Rick Allerton, Pro Account Sales Associate in San Carlos not only "knew his stuff" but provided that little bit of extra help that makes the shopping experience great. He stayed late while we ordered nuts, bolts, fittings, and lumber for my new deck. He set up a delivery time and confirmed it with me the next day. My experience was great!

I had a wonderful experience with customer service who couldn't do enough to help me find a large quantity of an item.

Susan was at the self check early one morning and I had loaded my cart with large items, she scanned the large items rapidly and effieciently

When you say "Excuse me" to an associate at the self check out their initial responce should not be "what..."... I should be "Yes! How can I help you?" and argumentative associates at customer service is an absolute no... She would not listen to me and was very rude... the store was mess with product all in the isles which made it dangerous to get around... no one asked if I needed help at all, even when walking right past me.

This store is always clean and well organized. All of the staff are very helpful, and if they don't know an answer to your questions they will not stop searching until they find the answer! The people at the Pro desk are incredible, they never let me down. I couldn't do my job without them. Thanks Home Depot !

while waiting for my truck to be serviced at pep boys, i walked across the street to home depot to kill some time and saw a couple of things i could use. They happened to be on sale and the price was very reasonable, overall i was very satisfied with my experience there

I desperately needed a grill for 4th of July. Went to Home Depot, San Carlos, and there it was, assembled and on display outside. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. And the associate who helped me-- wow, awesome service.

It is really great to have experienced, friendly, thoughtful, and smart folks at the Pro Desk Team to make sure we get the products that we want and great service along the way at Home Depot. They made sure to take care of my order when there was a major issue with processing the transaction (a system error more than a sales associate/store issue), and did a great job resolving the situation to get me out of the store. I appreciate their efforts!

my clerk Rick Allerton was very helpful in helping me select a tuff shed which I ordered and since have had delivered and installed. Tuff shed set up man Joe and his partner where neat and effecient and quick. I love my new tough shed and it is everything they said it would be and looks like a new house.

Anything I need hardware wise can be found at Home Depot, and for a great price. Last visit I got what I came there for, but saw something else I wanted.

Ms. Perla was extremely helpful, and her dedication to customer satisfaction was outstanding. I wish all other employees would show same respect, and effort.
