I have been to this store almost weekly since December and every time I find the store very clean and neat. That’s amazing compared to other Home Depot stores. I have the choice between this store and Van Nuys location and I always come to San Fernando because of the staff and I can get in and out pretty quickly if I want too. Staff at the pro desk like Tyrone and at Millwork like Destiny, Chris & Jose make it always so easy to feel like I am making the right choices with all my design process. They are greatly knowledgeable and always willing to help. Overall a great store and they must have some great leadership in command to help guide them all. Keep up the good work.

People are vey friendly and respectful I love shopping at this store, I can find products easily and when I can't they are there quickly to help me.

Plumers and people in general very helpful

The cashier customer service is horrible. I did however receive exceptional customer service from two employees (Johnathan & Edgar), they both were more than helpful in helping me place a heavy tool box i purchased in my vehicle. They went out of their way in asking me if i needed help and this to me is a good trait to have in a customer service job. It shows me that they were aware that I may need assistance since i was by myself when purchasing this large tool box set.

Kat a homedepot employee made my Home Depot trip extraordinary. She answered all my questions and found ways to save me money. She is a great asset to your company.

They are consistently fast and helpful with larger orders. I’m never disappointed with stock in hand.

The store was in very good shape compared to most other Hope Depots. The associates Tracy and Anna were by far more than exemplary employees. They both provided their utmost attention and service on two occasions. They both answered my questions and concerns with multiple products in the store with great detail and insight. They made my experience at this store memorable and fun.

Great place to shop for everyone!! I'm just a GranMa who started shopping in Home Depot for supplies for crafts and little projects. However, since shopping here and with the help and encouragement of the people here, I've changed my baseboards, bathroom vanity and toilet by myself!!! Next: a Fish pond!!! Thank you Home Depot!!

Too many employees are either not in their areas, o their personal phones, and or uneducated in the products and areas they represent. I always have to go back upfront to have someone paged to their area...NOT a good experience!!!

When I was looking for some lumber they were missing price tags.

Home Depot has the best of everything you need for your home and home improvement projects. The sales associates are all very friendly.

I'm horrible with names yet I believe it was Josè in plumbing who assisted me with my male faucet adapter. He took the time to show me the gauges needed to make the right choice of which adapter to choose. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Have you ever been to a store and need help but no one will help. Imagine that but with management. They are unprofessional and not in the store during the week. What do they get paid for if they are not around? Truly a problem requiring new management.

The store manager is always available for customer service. At time I see her helping out customers who needs help without them even realizing that its the store manager. The Pro desk associates (with whom I work mostly) are very friendly and helpful. Tracy in particular is taking care of my business needs as well as I can expect. There is always someone there to help me load if I need it. The tool rental guys are mostly helpful in finding the right tool for my needs and are very friendly, especially Daniel the DH. All in all its the best Home Depot store I worked with in the past 12 years that I have been doing construction (and I worked with over two dozens of them)..

The store was very neat , clean and organized. The employees were very helpful. Prices were reasonable to good. Checkout was very fast. I enjoyed my visit. although I was not able to purchase everything that I went into the store for.

I went into the store to buy paint for my shed and brought in a sample. Chris helped me match the paint color and recommended the best sheen for the job. Great service!

Stock person (gentleman) relocating/stocking bins on 7/27 assisted with the black 27 gal bins, I purchased 15 after he demonstrated the sturdiness of them, then he brought me a new cart and loaded it with all 15 heavy bins & matching lids. Andrea assisted with loading car and found an error I made in 3 lid sizes and went back to exchange for correct size. She made sure all fit in my car.

Thom in hardware went above and beyond to hunt down an item for me. He was amazing!! Thank you!

For the first time, I used the aisle and bay numbers that I got by going online to get info about the Husky 5000 Lumen twin-head LED worklight, and immediately found it, bought it with no line at 7:36 a.m. Sunday morning at the self check out. I never saw the bay numbers before. NEW IDEA? I really appreciate the time saving of this excellent way of organizing both the Home Depot website and the store. The Foothill store is my favorite store, and I'll keep coming back again and again. It's clean, neat and well maintained. They always have a large inventory. When I've needed help, they are there for me.
