I was there to buy security cameras because I had a recent break attempt. So I asked one of the associates where I would find cameras and he walked me over and started explaining stuff and I could tell he was passionate about the info he was giving me. Turned out he had just gone through the same. I would have bought the wrong cameras for my need but after talking to him, I got just the cameras I needed.

I shop at Home Depot often to buy from soil to everything. I have a great experience. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you.

The employees don't like to be asked questions and I now understand why - they have no knowledge about anything they sell. They should be nicer considering they aren't very good at their job to start out with. Simply Uneducated I guess!

We buy gardening supplies and plants from here all the time …mostly it’s a satisfying purchase.

we dealt with 2 different associates . Both were extremely welcoming , accommodating and helpful. Sergio at the cashier was helpful professional and efficient.

Home Depot is such a great store.it has everything I need and things that I want.

I needed a fastener to mount an outdoor gate hinge. It was helpful to find an associate in the right aisle to explain the products and to identify the types that would not rust.

Waited over 40 minutes to get a piece of wood cut

Being follow by a security guard through out my visit, makes me feel like a criminal. You cannot catalog a person by the way it looks and/ or dress. If its a a baggy shirt and sports shorts doesn't make me a shoplifter. Do you really expect someone to dreas slacks and a tie to not consider it a shoplifter

I just bought plants, like that I do not have to worry if problems they are returnable. As long as have receipt easy to return products.

this store did not honor my online coupon for 10% of $100 or more purchase. there as you can see from my receive from Home Depot. When I went to the cashier, I presented my smartphone and told them to scan my 10% coupon she said that she could not do this because store policy was I had to have the actual coupon. I told her it was an e-mail coupon. She called her manager and he also denied me the right to apply my 10% coupon to my purchase

I got items with a very good price and I happy about it

Dum lady running the cash Rester would not give me my military discount. i have no cell phone. But do have military ID. and i am registered with my Home Depot online account as a veteran.

Shopping at this location as restored my faith in pride in a workplace. A clean, well stocked store with a friendly & helpful staff deserves customer loyalty.

I felt I was profiled and discriminated in violation Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. L. 88-352) (Title VII). I bought a item that was under $100 I had an associate take it to the cashier and did not let me finish shop until I paid for the item, I told that the associate I felt I was being profiled, the associate called a manager I talk to a manager she told it was store policy, I advice there should be a sign indicated that certain items should have sign that are visible to the customer. The manager said they just added stickers that indicated that certain items will be walked to the cashier. I did not see the stickers or any signs. I just felt I was being profiled.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I've had at a Home Depot. I definitely will not be returning.

I bought a Ryobi leaf blower, 2 batteries and a charger several months ago. I bought several other Ryobi battery tools and have enjoyed using them all.

My friend and I came to buy some plants and they had a lot!

The store manager is unprofessional and unwilling to help resolve issues.
