The associate help me to find out need anything. The store was cleaned, I very happy.

I needed help with the price of the item i wanted to buy , the associate that help me was really helpful , polite and respectful , this is the only home depot i have been coming for years

I had a very special application: I needed to put up ten foot poles in backyard, but could only transport if the poles were cut down to five feet to fit in my automobile. Sammy and the rental department were very helpful in cutting my tubing down. They were friendly and efficient.

I shop this Location weekly for my business materials. I am always greeted by a few workers walking around and they never hesitate to ask if I am finding everything ok. Thanks for great team work HD =)

Had quite a large deck project and found at least 2 associates that were able to help me find everything I needed.

Overall, the store is clean. The products are plenty and offer choice to purchase.

I needed things out of the ordinary. The store had them, and the associates in the electrical department went well out of their ways to understand and to meet my needs. Plus the clerk who checked me out was fun, personable and friendly. She taught me how to use my new credit card with the chip inside (it was closing time, with no one waiting). It was almost like going to my old family run, neighborhood hardware store -- except the selection, space and lighting were so much better.

This store is a mess for online pickups. Expect to spend at least 45 minutes while they locate your order and trying to fetch it. Your items will NOT ready 5 business days AFTER you received an email saying they are. This has happened more than 3 times over the past 5 months. Avoid this store at all costs if you must do the online-order-pickup-in-store thing. The one in South San Jose is much better.

Easy parking friendly staff clean store. A must shop

For my work I am always at homedepot buying new tools and supplies and I always leavr satisfied! The workers and environment is excellent!

ITS BIT DIFFICULT TO LOCATE SOMEONE TO HELP, BUT ONCE YOU LOCATE AN ASSOCIATE THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFULL FROM GARDENING TO LOOKING FOR A HOOK TO HANG UP YOUR BIKE.

service was poor, I talk to 5-6 staff in total to services with a cut, plywood cutting and around 35 min to be serve. finally.

I will not be shopping at this store due to poor customer service. The employee made no effort in doing a minor price correction. Perhaps weights and measures needs to pay a visit to this store.

store is fine. do most of my looking online then go to store. latest has been vanity top. spent a lot of time searching. one thing as far as vanitys, I was looking for a matching top without sink. choices are 1 sink or 2 I wanted no sink which you had but was hard to find, had to search all. Found by accident I could search 49 inch. there was a list of sizes but that did not seem to work as good, maybe I didn't give it a chance. remodeling bath so spent a month going around and around, maybe later I will have some better comments. Just read the questions below. first time I visited this particular store - Monterey Rd. usually go to Capitol and for the reviews - I did read the store reviews didn't pay much attention to them, but do try to read the customer reviews of what I'm looking at.

I shop at Home Depot, personally and for work. I've worked with both the pro desk when purchasing for work. Whether I'm working or if I'm personally purchasing items for myself, the staff is always very helpful and professional. They're on top of it all the time.

Estella at the Pro Desk was a delight to work with. She was extremely helpful with my phone call business order. She is by far the friendliest and most helpful Home Depot associate I've ever interacted with. Employees like her give me faith that there still is great customer service out there. I look forward to working with her again!

I came in for a mundane item for work. Steve at the pro desk was able to locate the item (soapstone) and give me other helpful information on items in the store. The manager was also really helpful, she was having a tough time from an upset customer but stayed professional and was able to address my situation. Thanks Home Depot of curtner and Monterey, definitely returning my business here. :)

I have some upcoming remodeling and have been checking a variety of stores for products and pricing. I received an email from home depot about their Labor Day sale so I checked the mobile app and saw the kitchen appliances I had been looking for. I jumped up out of bed and rushed their a bit after they opened. I had a great associate greet me in kitchen appliances who guided me through each item, the sale pricing and product specifications. We ordered the items at the kiosk and set a delivery date. I even bought a hood range I planned to buy at a different store. Completed my transaction on a home depot credit card that the associate opened for so I could utilize 0% for 24months. The associate helped me with questions in two other areas of the store for me remodeling. I'll be going back for more items.

The store was properly organized and clean. I noticed associates were available near by and they had even asked me if I needed any help.

After a day or week of work, going through the Garden Center and the smiles of the associates and cashiers definitely made my day!

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. BUT COULD USE A LITTLE MORE HELPFULNESS. AS WHEN I APPROACH ASSOCIATES THEY HAVE NO IDEA ON PRODUCTS. ASSOCIATES DON'T SMILE WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS AND ALWAYS SEEM TO BE BOTHER OR BUSY TO ASSIST. I HAVE DEALT WITH SOME ASSOCIATES THAT COME ACROSS RUDE. WHEN I ASK FOR ASSISTANCE PUTTING BAGS OF ROCKS ON MY CART OR CAR. CLERKS AT REGISTER NEVER SMILE THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY JUST WANT ME IN AND OUT. I ENJOY GOING TO HOMEDEPOT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY BACK AND FRONT YARD LANDSCAPING IN WHICH I GO TO STORE ABOUT 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I ENTER TO WIN 5,000 AS MY NEXT PROJECT IS MY KITCHEN CABINETS.
