Found that pushases can now only be done at a self service kiosk. Another loss to providing Cust Service.

I buy a lot from this store so when i renovated i got everything here. I had to return stuff because i ordered extra quantities just in case. The return process is super organized and efficient. The store is usually well stocked and the quantities you see online are accurate. I use the online system to find the aisle and bay location. Super convienent !

You know things are bad when you see a group of employees standing around talking amongst themselves rather than helping customers. Then when you ask them for assistance, they point you towards a vending machine so you can help yourself, instead of one of them offering to help you.

Caitlin was very helpful with us when we were trying to purchase wood and forgot our credit card. She was able to help us purchase the wood in another way. :)

The Garden Center is always full of color and new plants. It's my go to plant place... Plus, all the needs for pre-planting at a fair price, i might add.

Both Robert B. and Shirley C. from the gardening department @ store #0632 had gone out their ways to assist locating a purchasing item. Your web says there are some available @San Mateo and San Carlos does not have any, so we drove from San Carlos to San Mateo thinking there are, sadly, they were not. Shirley, the lead, did an outstanding job of providing great customers ‘services. Please improve and update the accuracy of your web! Thank you Home depot @ San Mateo!

I was in today to get some tools and had nothing short of a great experience with one of the sales cashiers Andrew. He was extremely helpful with what tool brand he recommends and what would be the correct part. I would definitely recommend going back to this store and see Andrew he help with any questions you may have and give you the best experience.

I bought two On-Demand Water Heaters and was assisted by a young associated by the name CAITLIN, she is one of the cashiers at the front. Shed is absolutely amazing and very professional.

I bought a GE washer and dryer comb offline but I needed to go into Home Depot and grab a gas line, vent duck, and adapters to connect to gas line. As I looked for these products I was passed by several Home Depot employees and no one asked me if I needed helped. After about 25min I was able to find the correct parts. As I proceeded to self checkout there was a small line with several Home Depot employees they were standing around talking and telling people which checkout stations to use. When it was my turn an employee by the name of Cecilia decided that I looked suspicious so she wanted to scan my items. She walked me over to a checkout where there is a customer finishing up his own checkout without assistance. I had five small items and she scanned them all then proceeded to rescan some of them after I told her she already scanned those. Then she took the items placed on the counter and counted them again then checked the monitor again. Then she proceeded to rush me to pay i asked her can I put my pro rewards info in. So as I am entering my info she stands and just watches me , once I get to the credit card part she asked me is there a problem. I then told her yes . I don’t need help and I never asked for help to check out , you are not doing this to anybody else. She gets an attitude and stands away from me but continues to watch me as I pay. I am a business owner and spend a lot of money in Home Depot every year. this is the second time in less than two months I have had experienced discrimination in two different locations this San Mateo #0632 and Union City location. This store was not organized for items that should be in the same area and the customer service sucks, everyone she be treated the same no matter the color of their skin. Having someone treat you like you are going to steal is very disrespectful, I wouldn’t shop at this Home Depot again and maybe that is what you guys are aiming for to not have people of color in this location.

There is a woman called Terri in customer service center could not handle return very well. She would give me hard time even the item I was returning matched the item showing in her computer. I had receipts of course.

I encountered friendly employees and an efficient & accommodating cashier. Store is always extra clean. Sometimes the curbside pick up has inconsistencies with stock on hand or it takes awhile for items to come out

Chase was informative, funny, honest about helping me purchase a refrigerator and told me all about the different delivery and installation options to save money and time during my visit.

Always go to Home Depot when I need something for the house.

Real simple I always shop at this store ... never have I had I call it my personal employee help me locate and , help me get the items in2 my vehicle like , BAILEY, did ... tyty I tried to order even on the app for free delivery... BAILEY even took his time to help me to no avail ....

We wanted a bucket of tropicool. They werw wrapped up on the top level shelf. Last time my husband waited 40 min., gave up and climbed up on his own but at a next trip 2 workers helped us right away.

Just bought a power tool in a sealed box, got it home, and it was used, dirty, and missing parts. Caveat emptor. No answer repeatedly when I try to call the store and ask about return/exchange.

I came to rent a box truck and the employee at rentals refused to rent me a box truck instead he gave me a flat truck. He said I could not use a box truck to transport my tools. Very disappointed. He was rude and it seemed that he owns the store. Never coming back here.

like going to this store as there is plenty of parking and this one is not overly crowded. inventory well stocked. nice plant nursery dept.

2 employees in different depts were very helpful and found exactly what I needed. Also they were so friendly and polite.

The cashier, Jonathan, stationed at the garden area on 8/8/22 was clueless when I walked in as he was too busy watching his cellphone positioned below the register, and didn't even thank the guy leaving or greet me while I entered. Upon checkout, he would not have noticed if I walked out with goods in hand as he was too busy watching his precious cellphone while working. I placed the product on the counter and he didn't even acknowledge my presence but with a blank stupid stare. He thought he had to teach me how to insert the debit card and placed his finger on it while touching my debit card while he glared his eyes at me like I was disturbing his cellphone time. He didn't thank me afterwards but only gave the same blank emotionless cold stare while I stared back at him to wait for some kind of thank you from him which he never said. Management needs to straighten up these clowns. Until they do, I'll be going to Lowell which isn't that far away.

I was greeted and helped by the same person as I entered Home depot. The cashier PADMANI, had excellent customer service skills and went out of her way in finding what I need. My past experience with Home depot employees was no one wanted to help nor seem to like there job. This experience has made me want to leave a comment and shop there more.

Make many visits to this Home Depot and always get the same answer from staff not my department or their faces tell me they do not want to be there. But ask for Moises and he is friendly, knowledgeable, and if he dies not know he finds out the answer great customer service hard to find in employees now a days

Yes, it has been noted by many a Home Depot shopper that there is never anyone to help... However, things might be improving! 4/5 great customer service interactions in 1 visit! Jaden really stands out as an exemplary individual.
