The manager Robert was amazing! Super helpful, cannot thank him enough! He was great help today helping us resolve an issue we had, as well as the entire staff, they are a great team! Will definitely recommend this store to friends and family!

Went to get some keys made, waited for 15 with no one coming to see if I needed help. Even though I asked for some one to come and help me. Employees seem like they don't want to be bothered. They tend to look away from you. Not everyone but most.

Brianna helped us with a price issue so we could check out easily.

I received outstanding service from the plumbing department when I had to take care of a plumbing issue on my own. I learned a lot from them, and they help me big time with a problem I was totally clueless as to how to solve it. Kudos to Vince, Gloria and Vanessa.

I go to plenty of home depots because of the work i am in and i always find myself at this location because of how easy it is to access. Near major freeway and 5 miles from all the towns i service.

Are ridiculous and a waste of time. I have a credit and I have to use cash. The policy needs to be changed. Because it’s an inconvenience.

I was returing a Pensky truck and the site was having connectivity issues, but Jimmie was multi-tasking and was able to resolve the issue, a level of "Tenacity" I don't see much of with younger Staff.

I had to return a leaking water heater and the customer service was excellent!

I tried to find some bolts for my engine, a wonderful employee by the name of Jimmie greeted me and helped me as best as she could, even though the stock was out, she tried her best to help. She even went as far as to help my dad with the home depot App. She didn't have to, but she gave good friendly conversation and a helpful service. Thanks again Jimmie!

There are people there at San Pedro Home Depot that are just very cool and very welcoming. They deserve to be spoken of in a good way. They don’t act, they don’t pretend that they’re my best is of friends, they just give you who they are so, that and being friendly and respectful makes it very cool going there🤙🏼

We have spent alot of time & money at this store, as my husband is a Plumber. The attentiveness and personal detail we received from several employees, including Gloria makes us loyal to this location and satisfied we chose to shop there!

This store always has shelves stocked, helpful and knowledgeable employees, and quick check out. I’m always greeted at the entrance and thanked as I’m leaving. If I ever need a question answered there is always someone close by wanting to help. Thank Home Depot of San Pedro - your the best!

I was one of the first customers at the San Pedro Depot and I am pleased to say that they have become part of the community, hiring local people generally being good neighbors. The product I purchased this time (high pressure inflator) will probably be excellent and I am confident that if there is a problem, they will stand behind it.

Although the whole experience took a lot longer then expected, Nate and Angie at Pro were super helpful. Had help from Irene after searching the store for an item, she was able to determine it was an online only item so that saved me time and energy.

Do not go to this store if you are looking for good, or just decent customer service. The young employees do not care to help you--they are on their cell phones, and will avoid you if possible. The store really needs some training on employee customer service. They just don't care about you, your needs, or whether you shop there or not.

I was greeted by every associate in the store. They not only helped me with my at home project but they were very pleasant to talk too.

Went in to check stuff out I intended to buy at a later time and it was in stock. Didn’t look like anything was really out. That’s always a good sign the store is running well. Sabrina at self checkout helped me out when I had a problem and saved me a headache.
