I live in Oakland, but I shop in San Ramon! They are that consistent and welcoming. My business is highly reliant on their guidance and expertise. Adolph is the man when it comes to customer service!

I have liked this location. It is relatively well organized with ample parking and good range of product availability.

Hard to find someone to help location and workability of product in electrical dept.

The nature of items people but does not make easy queuing or checkout. I have used them less frequently since this was implemented

Very easy to place a large order and schedule the delivery

The team I dealt with at Home Depot in San Ramon without doubt exceeded my expectations. Berto, whom I found out after a while is the Store Manager, greeted me kindly and helped me with purchasing a Weber griddle. He didn't pass me off to someone else, he took the time to share his knowledge. Additionally, he acknowledged my military service which was appreciated. Just a professional, kind, thoughtful person. I'd be remiss if I also didn't mention Ron and Ronda from customer service. Ron helped my get the delivery scheduled without issue and had a great personality. In short, a great, great team at the San Ramon Home Depot!

I frequently shop at this location, especially the curbside pick up is very fast and efficient. Highly recommend the store.

San Ramon is a great store. All the employees are super helpful, knowledgeable and nice.

On two recent visits was approached by friendly associates, with offers of assistance, both while selecting product and at checkout.

I have tried over and over again to get my veterran's discount with no success. I even went to customer service and was guaranteed that my discount would be honored in future transactions to no avail. What is the matter with your empty promises for veterans?

My sister and I were shopping for items but did not know what would work to solve our problems. Ryan, in the paint area, was so helpful directing us to areas where we made our decisions on color, etc. And, when we sought him out for more help, he walked us to exactly what we needed. Really appreciated his assistance and positive attitude!

I have always found knowledgeable and interested staff at this Home Depot.

Found the exact 16 foot 2 x 6 x 16 that I needed for our trim work. Hard to believe this material is now over 325 per foot that’s from the Democrats spending way too much money with that thing called inflation reduction act, 200, billion are you kidding me?

Everyone is pleasant , helpful and professional at this location.. a reflection of the how the assistant and store managers treat their staff

Employee Paul O return desk was very helpful and went above and beyond helping me get right part and also finding the problem with original order

Yesterday I was buying materials to build shelves. Eric was the associate who helped me and he could not have been more gracious and kind. He spent an hour with me helping me take the heavy shelving down and cut down the wood to the size I needed them. Was really grateful he was working yesterday. So helpful!

I’ve worked with Katie F. On a few flooring projects and she has been such an amazing help she has great customer service. Got back to me super quick great suggestions I’m very happy!! Thanks Katie!!

No one answers phones (3 calls) in Appliance department -- I was told no available customer service when I went to warehouse. Also no available customer service in tile department; finally found a tile body after an hour waiting. Must be GE/Nardelli management school. Patience needed!

Why share too many words. It’s simply Home Depot and it’s awesome. Just go there.

Store 6604 is well organized and efficient to shop in. In and out is critical and using the app to locate items is a blessing. This store does a good job of keeping inventory stocked and properly sorted. A bin with several other items in it is Very frustrating! Thanks for the good work in this area.

I know you folks have suffered losses from shoplifting and Corporate made all high value tools get placed"behind the glass". But my 10 minute tool run exhausted more than 50 minutes and ruined my day and schedule. Hope this store gets staffed up in this area.

Fiance and I bought a patio set that was way too heavy for us. Cat and David took care of us, helped us with the purchase, and helped us load. Could not have done it without them!

Had a great experience today. Went to paint department with a long list of questions re refinishing wood furniture. Nick educated me and answered all my questions. Took his advice on products to buy, and went home and followed his instructions. Results are way better that I had hoped for!

The Home Depot team in San Ramon, especially Flooring Specialist Katie and her manager, provided outstanding service. They helped me find the perfect flooring for my home, help me to take some home along with the correct trim, and arranged for the rest to be delivered quickly. Katie's guidance through this potentially daunting project was invaluable. Her dedication and expertise truly made a difference. I bought Red colored mulch bags & also soil bags. I bought flower seasonal plants. I had planted them in my garden. Plants are very healthy & giving beautiful colored flowers. Garden become beautiful with red mulch.

Sales Cashier Hyungye was very rude and exhibited micro aggressions when offering to "help" ring up my cart in self checkout. She forcefully inserted herself in my transaction which I initially thought she was going to assist me since my purchase was quite large but I quickly saw that this was just a feeble attempt to dominate the transaction because she obviously thought I would steal. When I asked her to help me bag my smaller items she refused and pointed to the bags. I had asked her again and instead of helping she argued with me and pointed and said she had to watch the other checkout terminals. I told her you had no problem assisting me when it came to ringing up my items but you now don't want to help me bag them? She then with attitude grabbed the bag out of hand and angrily put the items I requested help with into the bag very quickly. She was not nice at all at the end of my transaction. She was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and not wanted at this store. I felt she was being prejudice towards me because how I looked and expected to steal or not pay for my items by the way she treated me. I should not have had to ask twice for her to continue to assist me. She should not have approached me without my permission. Home depot you need to do better on how your employees handle customers.
