Had a great trip today to Home Depot. Had to repair a ballast in a fluorescent light. Worked with Gregg in lighting who helped us figure out how to repair versus replace...saved us time, money and from putting the light in the land fill. Great service and knowledgeable assistance!!!

Good location. Usually has in stock what I need. Store well organized. Clerks helpful. I go here frequently.

Home Depot is one of the biggest rip offs of any stores. I wish Costco and Walmart gave them more competition. Low's is too far from me, but I think their prices are also outrageous.

Nicely organized store

I love coming here. I love Home Depot in general but the fact that you can go to a single location and have everything you need to go from dirt to a completely finished house with a TV and small appliances, landscaping and all is really a great place to go. The people at this location are very nice and I am starting to get noticed as a regular. This allows me to bounce ideas off of people, feel free to ask simple, basic questions, and best of all, I like how the people working there will always be more than happy to offer up any suggestions if they know what I am working on.

Horrible shopping experience. The aisles are crammed with vendor displays making it difficult to maneuver throughout the store with a shopping cart or lumber cart. Almost every time I go there I am solicited by an independent vender trying to sell some type of service.

We are very happy with our experience at the Home Depot.

Found everything I needed with the help of a employee and the check out was fast and easy even with the new chip readers that take longer

this store is clean and every thing are almost available and the employee are very friendly

I wish the home depot in san Leandro was like San Ramon. Why should it depend on income level even the Safeway is better in San Ramon

As a general contractor and handyman, I visit the San Ramon Home Depot probably five days per week and often multiple visits in one day. Lilliana and her cashiers consistently 'delight' with their caring, good natured, assistance. It is always a pleasure to be treated 'special' each and every visit.

This store is a mixed bag. The floor representatives were hidden or in small groups chatting. Getting assistance was a hunt, then the rep didn't have an answer and didn't want to help guide me elsewhere. It took far too long to locate what I was looking for that brought me to the store There were parts of the store that were in disarray, not orderly and items thrown about. Meanwhile the check-out clerk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent store!

Not a pleasant place to do business. Some staff helpful; others very grouchy and unhelpful. They lie, also, so whatever they say, double check it.

6604 is a good store.

This is a good store, some complain about Home Depot customer service, but I have never had a problem at store #6604,

This tore seems to always have what we need or want, the people are so helpful in all departments and thej checker are great at what they do to make your checkout pleasant and speedy!

Sales people are very courteous and helpful as opposed to many years ago when you could hardly find someone to help you find things around the store. I always shop at this San Ramon store.

THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL and the store is very clean

At least there is no day laborers hanging around looking for work talking on their cell phones. Personally I like a neighbor hardware store not a big box store. Your store does have the merchandise and availability. I guess I shouldn't complain.

The store itself is fine; however, their level of customer service is another story, specifically the woman who handles the appliances department. You'll notice she has a rather rude demeanor or maybe it's simply crankiness. Don't be fooled by the award she has posted above her work station. I witnessed her mess up a purchase order and then proceed to blame the customer for her own negligence and incompetence.

i have no complaints about this store until they close self-check out early--before 8pm on a weekday evening. then long check out lines at the register or registers(if more than one-not always).

I received excellent customer service from Gregg in the electrical department. He got me the correct product for my project. In addition he guided me to each item on my list making this trip very efficient. I was also asked by several employee's if I was finding everything. The check out guy was also very polite and fast.

I had to purchase extra long Redwood planks. The clerk and customer service (truck rental) were very helpful and kind.

Store is neat and tidy, vast array of merchandise.

San Ramon Home Depot in California goes the extra mile to serve their customers. You will Never be standing Alone, Waiting for service. The employees obviously enjoy their job and their quality of service represents that attitude of support.. They are helpful, professional and understand all the products in many departments- We are so happy to have experienced this particular Home Depot Store in San Ramon- Its amazing-

My last visit I went to Home Depot looking for a specialized light bulb and left the store resolving my decisions to purchase ceiling fans (plus got the light bulb)
