if you would just stop closing self-checkout at closing, and if you would have a program for adding cashiers as the lines back up, i would highly recommend the store. would be great to see a visible manager present from time to time--on the selling floor, saying hi, etc.

I am so happy to see that Home Depot is renting equipment. I recently rented a dehumidifier for my flooded basement and was really pleased with my choices and the service I received.

The associates in the electrical department are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell.

Looking to replace gutter guards and was pleased to find I could not only find complete boxes (sets of 30), but individual units so I wouldn't need to purchase more than necessary.

I like to do my shopping in the morning I find there is less people and also because I can find help more readily what I am looking for and I may ask for help. I was able to find new things and plants for my garden. Everyone was helpful and answer my questions. The prices were good and I hope to get a beautiful patio this Spring.

I was shopping for an area rug. There was a tent and the rugs were on sale. Lucky me! Then, when I went to check out, a wonderfully helpful gentleman took the time (only a few minutes) to explain a greater savings was available if I opened an account. Well, why wouldn't I, I asked? If you want a greater savings, and it only takes a few minutes, why wouldn't you, indeed. So I did. I was very happy. We have been shopping at Home Depot for years. Our Son is a Contractor. Sales Associates are always helpful and we find an buy what we need, every time.

You will find everything you need @ the San Ramon Home Depot! I have been shopping here since 1998, and have always received stellar customer service. A few years ago, my husband left his wallet on the sales desk in the cabinetry department while we were shopping for new kitchen cabinets, and an employee found it hours later, and returned it will all $4,000 plus accounted for. Just one example of many instances of the sales staff going "above and beyond". Good customer service is what they do best here, without hesitation. Thank You Guys!!

Associate Rick P. s always helpful and very knowledgeable. Home Depot's prices are pretty competitive. Good location. Lots of Parking. Sometimes I wish more associates are around to help and answer questions. Garden area is pretty good. I am such a regular here because I am always fixing something.

Home Depot has been essential to our recent kitchen remodel. I have a stack of receipts over the past 6 mos from them that shows how important the store has been to help us get the job done. I have also used Lowes during the remodel, but much prefer Home Depot as the help is more available and more knowledgeable. We also used Home Depot for Allure flooring because after shopping for flooring for 6 mos, at probably 6 flooring stores, we kept coming back to the Allure product. It is the most realistic looking vinyl plank you can find, and we had Home Depot install it. They even followed up with a call to make sure we were happy. Of all the contractors/vendors used for the remodel, Home Depot is right at the top of the list.

The associates greet you when you come in and ask whether you need assistance. Our sales associates Jimmy Rundle in Appliances was awesome and helped us make the best choice.

I was able to find the items with the help of an associate. Items are well organized. Cashier was extremely helpful and friendly. I always shop at this location because of the availability of the items I need and the convenience of the location.

At times the store aisles can be cluttered and blocked from use but the associates make it up by thier friendly and helpful assistance.

there were So many Holiday Tool Displays set up throughout the store that the isles were impacted and it was very difficult for the associate and myself to locate the tool that I was looking for

The store's associate in San Ramon was extremely helpful. He led me to all of the products that I was looking for. Because of how helpful he was I decided to purchase items that at the time I was only interested in look at.

Clean but needs improvements, having cleared isles, having associates available promptly rather than waiting to find one.

Ed at check out was fast friendly and Efficient. Store was well stocked for the items I was looking for.

We had a very big box we needed help lifting and an association was right there to help!

Overall, San Ramon Home Depot is a great store to shop...associates are always friendly but sometimes a bit hard to hunt them down for assistance, that would be the reason to not give a full 5 stars. However, it's still a great place to shop regardless. Try them out!!
