An employee (apparently a manager) stopped and showed the price on every ac unit and helped me pick one up for the same price and near double the cooling.

I will actually get delivery tomorrow and I feel confident if the delivery people are as good at their job and my sales person Violeta I will be more than pleased to

I haven't made a purchase from HD for more than a year. So, why am I getting these messages?

Allison and Oscar were super kind and helpful to get the laminate flooring I needed with a forklift from the high shelf. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Buy one thing in person and they somehow match that credit card to your email and constantly bug you for surveys. It's incredibly creepy and super obvious they're tracking you and reselling your data.

I have purchased lumber and is much better than the other guys. Plastic storage bins have been used and the lid and base of box in good shape still. I am always doing handyman stuff, and I seem to like everything overall.

I have shopped at this store for years and have found it to be well organized, clean and friendly. I was looking for a sensor light for my back yard. I could not find the aisle, so I found this young man who was able to understand what I needed and took me to the place where they had a ton of them. They have a good selection of everything you need. I bought my refrigerator there and the delivery was seamless.. great service. They have a service desk and if you are patient, and wait til the commercial folks are done, they can help you with your project. They are even willing to look things up and order for you. I ordered lots of stuff thru them and it was easy and they are all so very nice at the desk. Give it a try.. it's worth it.

We bought a few items and the Santa Clara, CA Home Depot Store, and every employee that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and an all-around pleasure to encounter while in the store. We had bought a microwave from the same store about two weeks ago and had the experience with the employees working that day. Going forward this store will be our go-to home improvement store!

Great store with great employees!

While there are some things I might need to go here for that I can't get elsewhere, the fact that there is no ApplePay payment option (hello, it's 2024) makes it not just inconvenient, but sometimes impossible (wallet in car and not having any credit cards with me, because the phone is all I need) to shop here. Having to carry and give credit card info is far more risky.

Feedback for 2435 Lafayette St Santa Clara Garden checkout cashier and garden center employee: Very unhelpful and not my business attitude. Tried to check out with three items, a plant, and two other items. The cashier scanned the plant twice with her gun. It couldn’t register. She called for a manager. No one appeared. She put my items away and told me to wait. Person who appeared literally just walked back to the plant section so I could show her where the plant was. Scan it and just tell me the same thing, walk all the way back to cashier to have her re-enter numbers manually three times, not work, then ask me to follow her so she can call the vendor. When I asked if she could at least help me check out the remaining two items, she said I can’t.

Today i visited this store and i was at the checkout counter after carefully thinking i decided to apply for CC. There was this girl who was not willing to help and refused to talk to their own customer service over the phone and said its not my job. She was so annoying. Did not let me apply coupon. Felt like to wanted to go home early… really disappointed

Desiree, the sales cashier, was great. She helped me locate what I was looking for and gave me the sale price. I was very grateful for her assistance.

I went in and purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer. Thanking the Sales Attendant for excellent service and and a speedy process! It's awesome when it doesn't take a long wait to get in and out. Thank you Home Depot until next time!

I was looking for this particular product at the store, but no one could help me find it, and the website keeps crashing every time I click "store map" to locate the item. Luz, who spent a good amount of time, walked half of the stores, went above and beyond to make sure I get the product I want and put a smile on my face!

Stood as self-checkout waiting for a manager to add my Veterans discount. Manager was oblivious to the employee asking for her assistance. Stood there fo 10 minutes waiting for manager to acknowledge I was waiting for my discount, never received managers attention. Finally got tired of waiting, while holding the line up, decided to just pay full price. Happy Veterans Day.

I shop at this store for 10 years as foreigner. Homedepo helped a lot of my home improvement and projects. Saved a money and efforts to find the correct item for home and garden. I had a great shopping experiences at every time and season.

I will certainly shop here again in the garden center and will definitely look for Trey. He is amazing.!!!!!

This year we order windows .HD promised a date when windows arrived.Windows came before the date and Home Depot did call us windows are here!!!

I am retired, and I always have enjoyed going to Home Depot to purchase the things I need in order to make repairs on my home.

This store has good customer service. It is much improved. People are courteous and helpful. If they don’t know the answer, they will find someone who can answer.

Great experience. Walked in and got what I needed and checked out in about 3 minutes. Diamond S was very helpful with my issue. Great employee. Thank you for being a great employee even though corporate is horrible.

Home depot don't sell rubbing alcohol for the wall hooks that require no drilling.
