This is a good store, clean and I can always find a store associate to help me out. For the most part the associates are pretty knowledgable.

Every time I walk into Home Depot, I admire the displays, and I look at the signs to figure out where to start. On the way to the aisle I'm headed for, I look up and down the other aisles to see what's there, and get ideas of future projects, and I am always acknowledged with a "Hello!" from every employee I see, and am often ask, " do you need help finding anything?" I appreciate that they are helping me manage my time, and point me in the right direction. Prices are the only barrier to me buying everything I see. I do tend to wait for sales on big ticket items. Many times I've overheard another customer say what an item sells for at other stores. Usually it's within a penny of the Home Depot price. I would always recommend making a list before shopping! I like the fact that if I have a question about a product, and I ask an employee; if they don't know as much as we need to know, they will go find another employee who "knows it all". Great customer service is the key to me coming back to shop again, so I remember great help!

The exchange and return policy is the best in the business.

Always find what I need. If needed, there is someone nearby to help and always with a smile. Knowledgeable people, easy returns, variety of products and product types to choose from, and close to home...what's not to love?

I was looking for replacement faux wooden blinds. Scotty took me to the area, pulled out the correct box, loaded it into a cart and generally used great customer service tools. He is awesome!

I knew exactly what I wanted and customer rep Joe was very helpful and the whole purchase took about 15 minutes.

The product that I order inside the store for my bathroom never show up. Management help was useless.

There was a gentleman in the door department that was extremely helpful. We are in the process of purchasing a new entry door. We found one at homedepot.com but it is not in stock at this store. After speaking to this young man we feel that we should purchase a different door based on his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He as concerned abut us as customers. I wish I could remember his name he was a younger guy in the department around 3pm today.

Cliff was very helpful and efficient in assisting me with the truck rental. Brian did an excellent job cutting the wood paneling I had purchased, along with some great suggestions. And to top off a great shopping experience, Cliff quickly and courteously resolved some pricing discrepancies at the register. I don't usually respond to surveys, but this was an exception, a good one. Thanks.

Great experience dealiing with a seasoned professional carpet sales person. Made the process of selecting and spending $7,000 on carpet almost a joy!

Sales associate was very nice. It was a quick visit and I was in and out.

Came in to rent a generator. Was not sure what exactly I needed. Rental rep was quick to help, answered all my questions, had some very helpful tips, and helped me load my car.

Store was clean and well organized. In the garden department standing water from watering needs to be addressed for safety.

I was looking for a flashlight bulb for my old Maglight. The only kind they were selling was an LED bulb, which cost nearly as much as buying a new flashlight. The store associate informed me that my old flashlight had probably come with a spare bulb, hidden in the foam at the base of the handle. So I did not purchase the LED bulb, went home and checked my flashlight and, sure enough, a spare was there. So the store associate saved me some money...and I appreciate that.

The store associate in my last two visits were very helpful and knew exactly where to find the item I was looking for. And the most recent time, he was kind enough to carry a heavy item out and load it in my car! I really appreciated his helpfulness!

I run into Home Depot for most of my needs for home projects. I always find a friendly and willing employee to discuss what I'm looking for, and where to find it. The overall layout is okay, but a lot of products I'm not sure how they are catigorized, so I ask! I always get a lot of suggestions from the people who really know they products, and I appreciate that. Prices are simular to other retailers, so I wait for a coupon to help a little if I can wait. I hold on to all receipts in case I bought too much, or the wrong size, and have never had a problem. My Wife loves the Garden section, and the displays in the Kitchen Remoldling. She has her eye on the new counter tops and cabinets. Overall, great store to shop at.

We walked into Home Depot looking for a washer and dryer being completely unfamiliar with the appliances. Jaynie Hainline approached us and volunteered her expertise and friendliness. She was completely helpful with informing us about the quality, mechanics, maintenance, values, and customer feedback on the different brands and models. With her assistance and outstanding patience we found exactly what we needed. Notably, The Home Depot provided our visit with excellent customer service as well as a wide variety of quality appliances. We would highly recommend The Home Depot in Canyon Country on Golden Triangle Rd and appliance specialist Jaynie Hainline to anyone who was looking for home improvement products/services.

The garden department has such a variety of plants you wind up taking more time to shop than expected. It's hard to pick from all the variety they stock.

We ordered new carpeting. The associate went out of her way to help, demonstrate and review all options. We were so pleased that we will be back for plantation shutters.
