I got 10 elbows and they charged me for 100 elbows

no one knows anything about where anything is or how it works. I might as well. Ask Google when I’m there.

Not one HD clerk was to be found in the plumbing section to help us, but THREE young HD clerks were hanging out at the self-check out, chatting with each other and then screaming in unison at customers when a machine was free. It takes three people to do that? People, train and manage your staff better!! Better yet, hire more experienced people to help your customers in the aisles!

Found a pole saw,was in stock n was good price

Grossly understaffed and hate the everything is self checkout

I purchased the same item 3 weeks ago, had to buy more and it was stocked, didn’t have to wait to check out

I had an awesome experience in the garden center. Your staff is on point👍🏼On a Saturday everyone was extremely helpful. A slim man with gray hair helped me me load 10 bags of steer manure onto my cart, Then when I changed my mind for Mushroom compost instead he gladly unloaded the bags of steer manure back and loaded up the 10 bags of Mushroom compost for me. The cashier who checked us out is always so helpful and love her attitude. She has been there for many years and I look forward to seeing her in the garden center when I shop. Pulling our flatbed to our pickup to load all those bags of mushroom compost… What a pleasant surprise!!! The same slim man with gray hair was right there offering help to put the heavy bags in our truck😍 I don’t have the name of the employees , but the date I was in the garden center was May 3ed around 1;30. self check out sucks that why i am shopping at big joes or ace harewhare

Used to drive the hour to shop here. Now it will be my absolute last choice instead of my 1st. Will instruct my handyman not to purchase items for my home from this store unless he has no choice. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Every time I go to Home Depot in Santa Fe I swear to never return. The staff, especially the customer service people are rude and go out of their way not to help customers.

I can't believe how much better customer service at this Home Depot has improved. There were employees in almost every aisle, willing to help and answer questions. Lorenzo Garcia, from the garden center, is a real gem. He helped load potting soil to my car and was so friendly and patient.

1st employee didn't go the extra mile to seek out chainsaw we were looking for. 2nd one David Lucero went the extra mile to see we got the chainsaw n a extra blade. As we inquired about a downward Coolmax AC- and my husband n customer did eventually go back n purchased for a job. David Lucero needs a raise n be rewarded for excellent customer service- so lacking in big chain businesses now a days. Going the extra mile makes a big difference. In ongoing customers.

Had several items I was looking for and was impressed with the knowledge on all isles!! Met a manager on one of the isles who was assisting an associate and was kind and helpful. I believe the name was Emilio.

Clay Horton in the appliance department was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best appliance for our needs. We were grateful for all of his advice and encouragement to follow up with him if we had any questions. Later, when we needed to delay the delivery by a week, Cindy took our call and she was compassionate and rebooked without complaint and we were again grateful

I needed help to purchase fluorescent bulbs, and it took three trips to store, and an online order, before I received that correct items. Personnel showed no interest in helping out. If you know EXACTLY what to purchase, AND it is displayed on the shelf, you are in luck. Anything else, go somewhere else. With this MAJOR CAVEAT, I recommend Home Depot.

Employees will actively shove your cart full of items out of the way to make room for the forklift rather than wait their turn

Insufficient material delivered online shopping is a rip off one item at a time is shipped, customers are not informed as to which items are available, $79.00 per trip charge to deliver one item , workers sent home not enough materials available.

Henry 100 percent silicone roof coating was recommended to me by Emilio at the Santa Fe Store. I am elated that I have saved my home from further exterior and interior damage. We have had roof hail and wind damage. Thanks to the Home Depot Staff Specifically Emilio, we have mitigated further damage to our home.

Do NOT go to the Santa Fe Home Depot at night. The parking lot is extremely dark ! EXTREMELY dark. They only have 1 light pole with a pink dim light in the middle of the lot. It is very very unsafe, especially with many drug addicted homeless people living in the area.

I would like to share and comment on two young customer service reps who went out of their way to assist me in my purchase. It was a pleasant surprise to see young people, working and willing to take the time to assist a senior citizen. Both Adriana and Sarah were so helpful and professional. Would be great to see more employees with their attitude. Not all that offend ones can get good customer service at a hardware/building supply store like Home Depot or some of the other building suppliers. Kudos to Adriana and Sarah..

Awesome Store.. Friendly & Courteous Staff.. Plenty To Choose From..

Professional lumber yards are becoming objects of the past. But Home Depot has a lot of cheap stuff and many employees who, despite being polite and friendly, don't know a lot about the building trades/building materials. But Home Depot carries a lot of stuff and is convenient to shop at.

I have bought alot of products from home depot and always pleased. Iam going to do a kitchen remodel and plan on using home depot.
