In and out quick. They had what I wanted.

the service in Santa Fe Home Depot is beyond exemplary. The store employees are eager to help. I've lived here 10 years and, without exception, it has been a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot.

Tonight at home depot I was reminded why I hate going to stores like this without my husband I don't know about 90% of the items In that store so if I I'm in there by myself and I ask for assistance I kind of assume that 1 of their employees can help me find what I'm looking for sadly the level of what passes for customer service in this town is beyond poor and nobody wants to actually help anybody the 3 gentlemen that the nice cashier tried to call over to help me completely ignored her and when one of them finally looked over at her after she whistled to get thier attention since they couldn't hear her calling them over thier clowning around one finally screams across the store in a clearly annoyed your bothering type of voice "what does she need?" the lady proceeds to tell them she needs help come help her the other employees are still ignoring her the 1 that acknowledg'd her said that he was busy doing something and couldn't help me and then proceeded to tell her that I could go get keys made by someone in the key isle, I was not there to get keys made she told the employee I was not there to have keys made and needed assistance again he proceeded to tell her to point me to Isle 12 there was someone there that could help me at this point I'm just annoyed and not very happy with this unpleasant shopping experience and I decide to go up isle 12 to get help, that employee was already assisting someone said employee who didn't want to help me proceeds to chasing me down the aisle asking what it is that I want or need I tell him I don't want his help because hes too busy to help me so to leave me alone he proceeded to Chase me down the aisle asking me what I need that I said I needed help hes that help me what do I need I told him to get away from me I didn't need his help sorry for bothering him , he's to busy to help me so to leave me alone he then tells me well you said you needed help I came to help you and now you don't want it and I told him not from you,your're to busy leave me alone

Found what I needed quickly. Self-service checkout went fantastically. In and out the door in a short amount of time. Thank you!

Stay away from the paint department. The employees will make you feel like an unwelcome nuisance. No manners, incomplete answers and begrudging even talk to you.

If you have the dream to design a new kitchen or bathroom and you would like to get a wonderful and great service, there is a lady called Mary Gale in the kitchen designer team ........ ask for her and you will be served more than you can wish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The store is kept clean and what I was looking for was relatively easy to find and I do keep returning. I had the best experience while checking out today, Yamileth is a very friendly and helpful cashier, a good example of customer service. I would like to see more friendly and helpful employees in the store so that you don't have the feeling like you need to spend most of the trip there just finding someone who will help and knows the product area. I hear it said on more than one occasion that the main drawback to shopping there is feeling the need to ambush someone before you get their attention and assistance.

This is a GREAT store. Every time I shop there the staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. They go out of there way to educate me on the many products I need for projects I'm working on. I never feel they are rushed, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me. Thank you, Home Depot!

Great store...helpful employees.

Rewarding experence today at Home Depot, we were shopping for mulch and out of no where came a sales person and asked if we needed help, well yes! The employee loaded the cart with 12 heavy bags of mulch and pushed the load to the check out counter. Just as we got there another lady was checking out and had purchased some large potted plants and was having difficulty getting all her potted plants to her car, the sale person excused himself and went and helped the lady get her items to the car. He then returned and pushed our heavy cart to our truck and loaded the bags into our truck.

Sales associate, Sam Connan, was friendly and very helpful. Walked me over to the item that I was looking for. Did not know where another item was, but immediately found someone who did.

When the store opened in santa fe, my husband was retired and worked there about 3 years. He is dec.now 12 years, but I still like to shop there, I can always get help if I need to

The team in the garden center is awesome. The cashier team of Daniel and Kristina really keep things moving when you are trying to check-out, and they monitor the queue to make sure things are moving along. However, the best part of the garden center has to be Rob. I drove in to Santa Fe three days in a row from Angel Fire to pick up supplies for a large project. Rob was there every day, was extremely willing to help, and this guy hustles like no one else. Loading over 50 rolls of sod into a Jeep Wrangler over multiple trips is not an easy feat, and this guy pulled it off quickly and with a great attitude. Let's face it, we can get much of the same stuff at Home Depot and their competitors, but this store's people are what set them apart from the others in Santa Fe.

Best experience ever at a home improvement store!!!

home depot has some older stuff you can't find other places. There are other stores which are even better, but for my business, I have a mix of new & old so I shop here. I really wish I could get paid for checking myself out. Then maybe I can get paid for restocking the shelves which I've done at times. I haven't tried the order prior to arrival & just pick up, boy if I can do that, oh wait, there's no checkers so I still have to stand in line for my order as well as paying for it. Maybe I can get paid for pulling my order then ....wait that's what I do now.

The home depot in Santa Fe needs better customer service! When customers need help, they shouldn't be ignored or given the run around.

A gentleman named Juan Diaz helped me find exactly what I needed and then helped me get it to my car.

I recently purchased several large appliances for an extremely reasonable price. The salesperson was very knowledgable and helpful in helping me complete the purchase. I am very pleased with the total experience and plan to visit the store in the future for additional purchases!

The folks at Home Depot's Customer Service Desk have taken some notes from their competitors up on Siler Road. Wow! I have received excellent and thorough assistance from the Desk several times in the past few weeks. Go team!
