I prefer the Santa Rosa store over the Rohnert Park store. Store is cleaner with less clutter in the aisles maker my time spent in the store less and I get more work done.

Great experience being able to speak with a factory rep from Rigid Tools who was very knowledgeable about the product line and was able to answer my questions in detail. Also great experience with store personal helping me with the find additional items and helping me check out quickly!

The young woman in the paint department is one of the most knowledgable, competent workers i have ever been exposed to. She knows paint inside and out, was incredibly helpful, friendly and seamlessly helped three of us at once without missing a beat. Good customer service is rare these days, and great customer service given by staff with through product knowledge is even rarer. She also was not cocky about it as the few knowledgable often know-it-all retail folks can be. She does seem to know it all, yet had no arrogance or attitude. Great experience; I learned more about paint spending 5 minutes with her than i learned years back when I painted apartments for a living.

I actually had a nice young man named José help me with a some heavy lumber. Including pulling it off the racks 30 minutes before the store closed. I appreciate the extra service.

I would like to see a bulk pack of grinder consumables available rather than single cut off wheels, flap disks ect.

I engaged three store associates asking for the same item. A gable attic ventilation fan. First associated said he did not know where it was located and sent me to the "Electrical" department saying "ask someone over there". There were no sales associated available in electrical. As I wandered around looking for the item a different associate was walking past me. He asked if he could help. Great… not so, he sent me to the area with the furnace filters. I decided to go out to the area where roofing materials are. A more professional, contractor type associate stopped to ask me if he could help. He knew exactly where the gable fans were and walked me to them. Further, he asked me what I was doing and offered a few tips. GREAT! The cashier was very friendly and efficient. So, two great experiences, two not so great. Still, I would go back to this HD. Overall the selection is pretty good and the prices are as well.

I went to this store multiple times and i have received great service from their employees. They knew where their inventory was and could pin point it for me. Great place to shop

When a store associate is at the entrance to direct you to the right dept, it's a big help. Not always there, though.

We purchased a shed building and needed a lot of assistance figuring out what options would best suit our needs. We were lucky to have Tanya as our Project Specialist. Tanya was so helpful and also she was knowledgable about the product. She went above and beyond what we expected. She even made a sight visit, same day no less, to advise us on grading/leveling the sight and how to prepare for the installation of our shed. We are fully satisfied with this large purchase experience.

The store seems to have all of the items that I would expect at a Home Depot, but they are poorly organized. The aisles were almost impassable due to boxes of stuff and pallets. This was in addition to the displays in the aisles. The first associate I asked about wire rope clips had no clue what they were much less where they were located but told me the wrong aisle anyway. The second associate was spot on and directed me right to them.

I bought a Rubbermaid outdoor shed that had been returned. I was told the straps on the box were standard packing material and that it was a new unit. When starting to assemble it, I realized it had been returned along with one of the next larger size. Parts had been switched between the 2 units. I had to call the manufacturer and am still waiting for 2 side panels to complete the shed.

Walked in and quickly received friendly, helpful, and knowledgable service.

I think it was restocking day. The isles in the garden center were difficult to maneuver my cart through. But I did fiind everything I was looking for.

This is my local store. In general, I can find what I am looking for and a couple things I did not know I needed. The associates are knowledgable and have given me good tips for my projects.
