Store was awesome! Paint department was super helpful finding what I needed.

Had an issue at check out with my "Pro Rewards" discount and Alyssa took the time and effort to take me to customer service desk and made sure the issue was corrected. Customer service at it's best!

You were the only store in Santa Rosa to have the color of range I needed. When the delivery man, Jose, could not install it, John, the manager on duty, promptly refunded the cost of an electrician since installation was included in the price of the stove. I appreciate the ease with which this was done.

Cashier Trudy helped us find and buy online vent registers. She's a professional and kind person. We're happy with her customer service.

The associate Lizzy was patient and considerate. Overall store was good a little busy. I found what I was looking for and was able to do the return.

We have all been to places where we walk out of disappointed and upset. The Santa Rosa Home Depot is not that place, especially when they an assistant manager by the name of Jay. Jay truly knows the stock his customers have, he will go above and beyond, no waiting, its obvious Jay knows the old school value of customer service. I will recommend my family and friends to the Santa Rosa Home Depot because Jay took the time to be a customer advocate. Thank you!

This store is great. They're professional, courteous and above all polite. Gettin' er done, as they say. Working people, with things they're doing. (helping us!) Much different from my experience at *(another local area store) where the employees couldn't be found, until I walked all the way around the back of the store, only to find that it was literally around the corner from a 'dispensary' ...!? There they all were... (obviously off the clock at the time)

They've always got what I need, and Hannah and Tammy in lumber are always able to help me find it. Well played, Home Depot. Stay golden, Airman Sir and Not Ma'am.

Good store nothing more to say

I came in to buy a new dish washer and microwave. Stood in the appliance area in a place that was traveled by multiple employees for over 15 minutes without anyone asking if I had been helped or do I need help. I knew what I was going to buy and just needed someone to write the order up. Frustrated I left and went to Windsor Home Depot where I was immediately helped and out the door in 12 minutes.

Being a novice the patience and assistance I received made me comfortable and I appreciated the information and knowledge they shared.

Thanks to Bern for his extra help in finding the part my husband wanted!

During the three years living in Santa Rosa, and continuously fixing up a 1900 Victorian, I visit this Home Depot several times per week. Home Depot is my home away from home.

As I was wandering the store this nice young guy named David walked around the corner and greeted me with a smile and ask if I needed any assistance. He walked me over to the aisle and helped me pick out the items I was looking for.. Very helpful!! As i approached the door I realized I forgot something. I ask the lady by the door a question and she ignored me 2 times while she was busy on her phone. Her name was Kathleen according to the guy helping with the line.

I was at the Santa Rosa, Ca. H.D Store and They have taken the Coronavirus Pandemic serious and enforce the 6' distance and other security healthy rules. Pls. Stay thank you to them and to the manager.

Almost always has what I need, always helpful staff, great place to one-stop-shop.

There are never enough employees to help. After finding an employee, I was sold the wrong kind of pipe adapter for the shower head I was installing. Now I will need to make a third trip to this Home Depot to finish a very small project (replacing a shower head). I found the part I needed on Amazon.

Never disappointed in any purchase made at this particular Home Depot store. A big plus is the overall availability of products in many different categories. And, the genuinely friendly assistance you get is excellent. Really pleasant place to shop. Good parking also.

The associates were very helpful especially Sean at the service desk.

This store always treats myself and other friends who are contractors a step above the surrounding stores And James Alvarez in Proservices As well as Leon and Jennifer. The three of them do an outstanding job I’m very satisfied

Debra was exceptionally helpful despite covering a department that wasn't hers (the only other gentleman covering was attempting to assist another customer) I'd generally shop another HIS but location / proximity to job is a factor to be considered.

Kim, our customer pickup cashier, is awesome. I ordered a Ryobi battery kit with a special tool from an email during the Xmas season. Some company named Dot.com shipped the product to this store. They messed up the order Kim worked really hard to ensure the order got fulfilled correctly. I think Home Depot and Dot.com screwed things up really bad, but Kim's efforts satisfied the order fulfillment process for this customer. She is a great employee of a company that needs help.

The associates did not seem to care to help me. They did not know where items were located. I was not assisted at the checkout, even though I clearly needed help and there was an employee standing next to me doing nothing.

The store had a excellent selection of products. It was clean and the staff eager to assist me.
