This is our store of choice and have almost always found what we were looking for. Hardly ever have a hard time getting help. The cashiers are exceptionally friendly.

Everyone I met that works here is great. They were all helpful and very engaging. Made the experience great.

This store has much more selections. There are enough store staffs to help customers.

I am always happy with the variety of selection, pricing, garden area. Customer Selection.

Not a fun place to shop! The place is going down hill fast.

The people that work in the area of paints and all painting supplies were very helpful to me, especially as I'm not that knowledgeable about what types of paint I need, the type of brushes that would be best for my projects, and information to help me be successful. Three people helped me that were friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the variables that my project entailed. A woman at the paint desk was especially helpful, and she was glad to give me whatever information and options I needed to make an informed decision.

Each store is different because of the management. I have found this store to have well-trained employees that are very friendly.

If you need advice about plants/house plants especially, find a woman in a cowgirl hat named Dawn Marie! She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They also have a great selection of ceramic pots.

When I went to get paint there were 2 men working in paint who were pretty rude to me. For some reason I kept being skipped over even tho I was clearly waiting (patiently, nicely, no attitude!) for help. I've bought paint a ton of times and never ever have I been treated this way. It was so strange, I literally came home and told my partner how awful it made me feel to be ignored then spoken to rudely!!!

The store is always clean but there never seems to be enough sales people when you are looking for something not obvious. The sales people are friendly and somehow the women seem more helpful. They do not see any job below them - I have seen them rip open boxes larger than they are an put out furniture, etc., just so I could have a look-see. The men in specialty places such as plumbing and lumber are very informed about their areas.

Gabe, was very very helpful with my plumbing needs today. He recommended a 1.25 compression nut with washer that help me complete my bathroom sink project and stop a leak to boot!!! Please let him know how helpful he was.

I have never been so frustrated in a store I was was today! This is the last time I will spend a dime at ANY Home Depot!

Generally the store sales and cashiers are helpful. The aisles are a little crowded with extra products not on the shelves it makes moving your cart difficult when stores is busy.

My wife & I love shopping at Home Depot. We come up with so many ideas for new projects and everything we need is there.

Home Depot at Bicentennial Way in Santa Rosa Ca has been my 'go to' store for all my home repair needs for years and years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and always helps me find the best and most affordable way to do my repairs. I must have been in that store every single day when working on my latest 'fixer-upper' last year . I was SO grateful that it survived the horrible fires!!

This store is very clean and organized . The employees are very knowledgeable & friendly.

I was a little confused about I need, I sked for help, and one of the cashier helped me even when she was very busy, took time and friendly gave me help until the end of my purchase. I will come back to this store no doubt about.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for several years, and always find employees there to go out of there way to help me with my needs. Recently for example, I asked for a specially cut piece of wood with odd dimensions and the employee took the time to find exactly what would work, and then was able to expertly cut the piece to the exact dimensions needed to complete my job. This store represents the best service continually and shows that "big box stores" can offer just as good service as smaller stores.

I have had several good visits at this store in the last month. I'm from out of the area working on a local remodel. The employees here are amazingly helpful! I literally went home with a smile on my face. I wish my local store was this good.

So awesome having Alyssa working at the Santa Rosa HD store. She so super helpful, knowledgeable, kind in assisting me with any shopping endeavor. And my returns, they can be kind of a pain, but never a problem with Alyssa. Thank You wth that, Alyssa. Anyway, HD Santa Rosa definitely got an excellent employee from Ukiah HD store. Found my washer and dryer on a fluke and happy with what we found! Salesman was there to assist immediately and efficiently! This store is always clean and presentable with well stocked shelves. The associates are always friendly and willing to assist. We enjoy the ease of shopping here at our local Home Depot! However we sure miss the Hot Dog stand that used to be outside the store!!!!
