So far so excellent I'm trying a new way of using this product I'm not using the temporarily way like I said in earlier than one of the things I'm an artist I'm using it kind of like like paper mache making a little thinner getting strips of paper in there and putting it around the object and seeing how hard it is and how good it's going to last so if I get another chance I will let you guys know how it turned out thank you very much have a great day and I hope you pick me

Employees see you, they look the other way. You try to get their attention and they purposely pretend that they're busy.

How can there NOT be a manager in customer service? Worker contacts manager by phone when a problem arises? Ridiculous!

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot since the day they opened. I have purchased items from refrigerators to screws.Their paints are the best and whenever I need help, they’re always there for me. Back in the day I’ve taken classes on routing and others. Their team has installed tile in our home. We always shop at Home Depot! Thanks for being there!

I bought 2 new front doors and hardware and will probably be installed in about 2 weeks. Hernando Castaneda was very helpful.

I use this HD for nearly all my business and home needs. They make life easier. Best pricing. If you are a pro they treat you very well.

HD is priced lowest of all the home improvement stores. However their warranty is terrible. They couldn’t send anyone over to fix my refrigerator. The local place I chose misdiagnosed. I needed a new appliance. The fix was double the cost I originally pain for the item. It took over 20 days to get a replacement. The guarantee was 3 days.

Great Store for DYI home proyects, but very poor assistance in the store.

I've been in the area for 30 years and was loyal to this Home Depot, but the service kept getting worse and worse to the point where I refuse to even walk through the door. Shopped there a few times last month and it's like night and day. Employees are friendly and helpful and courteous. Management is involved and effective. So glad I gave them another chance!

An employee went out of her way to find the items we needed. She got the tall ladder and found the items on a high shelf. She knew exactly where to look and was very happy to help. She was determined to get us what we needed which we appreciated.

Although I live closer to the University Home Depot, I always shop at the Cattlemen store. I have found that the employees are knowledgeable and helpful - especially those who work in the nursery and appliance departments!

Customer service has improved. They helped me find the plants I was looking for and the tomato and pepper plants doing great. Good quality.

Really bad experience attempting to purchase a French door The door tripled in price with installation - added 6 weeks and I was not allowed to take the measurements that I paid $40 for them to do!!

I have been shopping at this HD for over 25yrs but something had happened that the employees just don't want to be bothered. Ask a question and they run and hide track them down and they act like they never talked to you and look at you like your crazy. After asking 4 employees I got 1 that actually stayed and helped me find what I needed. That is really bad 1 hr just to get someone to stick around to help me. 1 guy was too busy on his phone & he even told me that... I'm on my phone right now and I'm waiting on my break so go find someone else... Not let me find someone to help you c I'm going on break soon... He was talking to a friend about what to wear to late that night & where they should meet. Not even a HD call. Just be prepared to get blown off and waste allot of time trying to find what you want or getting help.

I have a lot of projects to tackle at my new home and although my father had a workbench with a bunch of tools, he never really worked on any projects and consequently I did not learn valuable skills like how to use a power drill, how to choose the right fasteners, how to hang a heavy mirror on the wall, etc. Fortunately, I have been able to ask the staff at the Sarasota Home Depot for advice and they have been very knowledgeable and have given me the confidence to return home and successfully complete those projects. I also like how the HomeDepot.com website knows the inventory on the shelves at my local Sarasota location so I make an informed decision whether to take a drive or if I must order the item(s). One additional benefit is that when I saw a large, heavy steel shelving unit in the store that I could not transport home, I was able to order the item from the website, and the website linked to a local delivery service that operated out of my local store and I got the item the next day for a nominal $35 delivery charge.

Found what I was looking for. I was delivered this morning, I'm so Happy!!
