The associates are always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.. impressed with this stores organization and cleanliness. have been shopping here for over 20ys. Multiple times have found dept associate is a retired professional in plumb, electric, etc . and they will help get you just the right supplies you need and give you the info/tips to complete the job! It depends which department you are in as to whether or not you will get any help some departments will give you help other departments you can’t find a person in the Home Depot outfit anywhere to work to help you

We buy from the Cattleman store in Sarasota quite often and would like to take a moment to say how wonderful the staff is there. They go above the call of duty to assist customers in any way they can. Please extend our appreciation for the exceptional service they always provide.

I loved how the store still had a mask mandate in effect, I felt safe shopping. The cashier and customer service agents were gems. I was in and out in a timely manner-no complaints!!

I ran into a small electrical issue and was able to find someone to help talk me through what I needed to fix it. We got all the things i needed and I felt comfortable fixing the issue. I will shop here again.

This is an excellent store with great staff. My only exception would be that the requirement to wear masks be enforced during the pandemic to protect the staff and customers.

This is the best Home Depot in SW Florida! Great service and stocked shelves! The place is clean and organized and if you can't find something the employees have technology in their hands to find out if a product is there or located at another store. Amazing experience everytime!

This store is consistently clean and stocked. Most of the time there isn't an issue finding an employee to help you find something. When you get one, they always know exactly where things are and will often walk you there themselves. The only thing I don't like about this location is the lack of cashiers. Self-checkout is fine when you have one or two things or are in a hurry, but people need to work. Don't replace them with self-checkout lanes.

the store didn't listen to its own instructions written down on special services request. the head guy at customer relations i thought he didn't even cared

I normally shop at the Home Depot on University Pkwy, but I was in the area. This store seems to have friendlier employees, esp an associate MADISEN.. She was friendly and helpful, and answered my question with a smile

Employees Too busy to help customers

I arrived at Home Depot with a preconceived notion of what I needed to solve a flooring problem. The store did not carry the item I intended to purchase. The Salesman was extremely helpful in making alternative suggestions to meet my needs. I made a purchase, and was further helped by the courteous Cashier who assisted me in the handling of a very unwieldy piece of merchandise! I left the store a very happy customer!

The 2 Gentleman in the Christmas Tree area on Dec. 11, 2020 0924 , were extremely friendly, professional and kind in choosing our tree and also placing onto our vehicle being concerned about whether we had more stops to make. Also Henry in the Garden Center cashiering us out went above and beyond in asking us if we needed anything else for our tree and explaining how the survey worked and telling us how to enter. Then upon our departure wished us a very Merry Christmas.

This store is extremely clean, knowledgeable employees, cashiers are quick at least they were today during my shopping and friendly and eager to assist in helping

Every year I come to this homedepot to get a Real Christmas tree. They are always super friendly and I love the trees they carry! This year has been tough and it brings me great joy to say this is a tradition for my son and I now!

Rob assisted us at the store today in the Christmas tree area. Although we were disappointed, that they did not receive any 9-10 foot trees, Rob was super helpful and kind. He didn’t make us feel bad opening the trees and was willing to work with us as long as we needed. We ended up with an 8-9 ft tree, which is the smallest ever and quite bare on the bottom once we got it home, but outside of that Rob was very helpful.

Great staff, difficult access

While the store was crowded because of black Friday sales it was still easy to move about the store even with narrow aisles. Help was available and friendly
