I buy my Milwaukee tools at this store. The prices are as good as it gets. I am redoing a 25-year-old double wide mobile home for my mother and 80% of all the materials come from this store. A few years back, I built a large addition on my house and about 75% of the materials came from this store. Never had to do a return or been disappointed with any product in 30 years.

I bought a small patio set but box was too big for me to handle, she ran & got a big cart and loaded it up for me and took it outside, waited for us to get car. Great service

I just popped in to check out some prices and see what was available in the garden section. Good selection, clean store definitely will go back!

Staff in plumbing was on lunch. Very professional employee was walking by and I asked for help. She knew the other employee was on lunch. She jumped right in without issue and solved my problem with additional stock. Appliance department was also the same. Ended up buying a refrigerator. Cashier was polite and lively. A real pleasure. Thank you for making it easy to keep shopping the Depot!!

Bought a carpet pad for home delivery . Clerk Sylvia could not have been more courteous , knowledgeable , caring , efficient and effective . Just a terrific experience

There was no one available in the plumbing department to assist. Evidently it wasn't staff that day. Customer service desk isn't very professional. At the end of the transaction I was assured that my water heater would be pulled down from the top storage shelf and waiting for my contractor in the morning. My contractor ended up waiting an hour the next day for the item to be pulled down. This is not very good pro service or customer service.

Store had one microwave at store. Arrived said couldn’t sell it on clearance sale. Completely awful. Said would order one. Charged me never arrived. Will never shop at Home Depot again

Sue, in appliances was a huge help in helping me find the right freezer chest for my needs! She went above and beyond in many ways and made our shopping experience a fun one!

I visit this store frequently and I am always greeted respectfully. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and bright.

Tracy was excellent in helping us choose our 2 new appliances. Process was very easy. In fact I brought my sister in law in on Monday and she purchase a new refrigerator from SEAN. Both associates did a terrific job and we both opened a Home Depot credit account

I bought a new Rigid framing nailer. Once I opened it up at home found out it was used. Taking it back tomorrow. This is not my first bad experience from Saratoga HD.

Overall store is run pretty well my biggest complaint is the self checkouts need to go and actually have cashiers there that can run a register cuz I traditionally wait 10 to 15 minutes in a checkout line and since I shop there four times to five times a week it is quite a nuisance

I wish they would have more live cashiers. When they have one, that line is always crowded.

I stopped at the paint counter to ask if a product I needed was in their department. The 2 folks behind the counter went out of their way to help me find the right item from the 5 or 6 choices Home Depot stocked. Both people were knowledgeable and friendly.

Was at the home depot in saratoga springs to purchase 5 2x6x8 pt. What a mess the lumber was,everything out of place. The 2x6x8 were covered with 2x4x8 and I dont mean 5 or 6 . It was like they dumped all the old lumber on top of them. The 1x8x8 ship lap had 4x4x8 pt in front if them and they were stocked on 2nd shelf. Customer in front of me at register waited 15 minutes for someone to come and release the security tag on his ridgid vacuum cleaner because cashier could do not do it. Home depot your going down the toilet

The appliance representative was pleasant, but quite busy with customers. The assistant manager came to her rescue and she was excellent with us. She helped us through our decision-making process for a new refrigerator and stove. Made it very easy.

When specifically asked about something in store we were told by customer service that there wouldn’t be any in store but to order online. I looked it up myself and there were many in stock. Very frustrating.

I ordered in line the grimacing jack-o’-lanterns. I got a text saying they were delayed. When I got the text saying they were ready for pickup, I went right to the store. After a lengthy search, my order could NOT be found. How do do loose a large box! To make matters worse, no one offered to correct their error, no one offered to re-order my lost purchase! I had to tell them to!!! I do shop at HD all the time and will not go to their competitors but when they make me mad they do a good job at it! Oh, I got a text today saying my re-order is delayed! Gee, can’t wait…

The heavy guy in customer service needs training or reassigned away from the public. I've shopped at Home Depot for too many years to even count. I've NEVER had a bad experience until yesterday Saturday 17th August! This guy mad me swear to NEVER shop at this location again. I actually unloaded everything from my vehicle and returned it and today went to another location to purchase it again and had a wonderful experience like I'm used to experiencing at Home Depot.

Associate-Charmaine was outstanding. Listened to my needs and gave me options in a non intimidating manner. Great Experience!

Every time I go into the store, I always get a smile or hello from employees passing by me, offering to help or guide me to where I need to be, to find the items I'm searching for. You might not always have what I am shopping for, but you don't realize at my age, being alone, how much I appreciate the employees that take the time even to acknowledge me and just smile. It really makes my day! God Bless you all!

Very pleased with my last visit to Home depot in Saratoga springs. The employee that handled my return was courteous and polite. I would highly recommend.

Scott and Joann truly turned our experience around into a great one. We first spoke with a staff member who told us if we don't see the item you must not have it. I informed them we called prior to the 40 minute drive. She said she couldn't help. I saw Joann helping someone else so I decide to ask her. Thanks goodness I did. She along with Scott ensured we did not leave with out the product we needed. They spent an hour securing our item securing a fork lift driver and finding the correct color from the overhead. I truly Thank them.

From our building a home, buying large ticket items and running a contracting business, we seek out Michelle Luna all the time! Her knowledge, patience and happy demeanor draws us to her!! She has assisted us over the past 4 years and are very thankful for her help!! Yay Michelle!!
