I have been looking for this particular type of rock all over Utah. All I had to do was be patient and wait till a Home Depot was built in the city and I live in.

Crazy long lines to checkout. I have issues waiting in long lines to give people my money. I’ll be returning to my old American Fork store going forward.

Had a problem and was accused of not ring everything up, they check receipt and after they checked it was determined that everything was fine. Don’t like being accused of being dishonest. Really struggling to ever want to return.

We love this Home Depot, we shop in Saratoga Springs Utah, all the time. They are always friendly and kind here. There are always employees asking if they can help us find anything. We love going here. Keep up the good work!

Unlike other Home Depot locations you can find a sales associate. And of course it’s clean . Just hope it stays that way.

Cobie, the appliance dept manager, and Stephanie in that dept both worked very hard to satisfy my needs when another employee made a big mistake with our oorder.I appreciate their efforts to make things go right, over several days.

The cashiers at this store are so friendly! There is one there named Katie that always gives out stickers to the kids. It's awesome!

Home Depot in general is a difficult to deal with store not because of the staff but because of the store HQ programmed processes, a pain in the butt, and the interaction with staff and processes is usually a problem... There is nothing wrong with the staff- they try to help and are very nice... if they are not just hanging around together in clusters of 4 to 6 and blocking your walkway while I am searching isles for my items. But in general I keep going back because they try and are friendly and will at the end always fix everything. The problem and complications in required refunds, discount processing, and double charges etc... while always taken care off, it is a hassle, not because of people capabilities, but because Home Depot HQ Process Management Systems are weird. In order to correct a matter, they need to do some weird 'return' process just to process the refund from one order to another.

Easy to find what I was looking for

Sally and Layne were both incredible - I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes (honestly it was probably more like 5) thanks to their efficiency and expertise. The friendliness they both extended was just an awesome bonus. :) The store overall was also extremely clean and organized. So glad I chose to shop here today!

I just purchased multiple sizes of square pavers and some tools for a covered sitting area I am constructing; the store had exactly what I needed in the quantities I required. The various employees that answered questions or assisted in loading were great, including the one at checkout.
