I just completed my fifth custom cabinet order with Ronnie O, one of the Kitchen Designers at the Sawgrass Home Depot store. I have developed and purchased for a variety of higher-end remodels and this store and staff provide excellent service and often recommend useful changes that I hadn't considered. They have a lot of experience and examples of similar projects that are helpful.

I did not Shoppe it’s your store. Someone is using my email address, and I hope that’s the only thing that they’re using.

I learned for first time that some items on my receipt did not qualify for military discount. Don’t know which items those were.

Just great people always ready to help Y wife and children you can always get the help you need.

I received an electronic receipt via email and the strange thing is I did not shop at your store in Sunrise. I am in Ocala.

Overall my go to Store front desk and hardware section employees ROCK!!!

Like the store, staff nice friendly and helpful but not enough staff available. You have started locking up equipment for security reason and then the is no one available to get it when you want to purchase it. Once the staff got to me, they were great but a big waste of time.

I wish I could remember the name of the young man who helped me. Store : 12525 W Sunrise Blvd. Sunrise, FL 33323 It was around 3:30 pm, on March 22, and he helped me find the primer and paint I was looking for. He was the only one in the paint department. I understand that this review means nothing to the higher ups, and that this "thank you" will never acknowledge the help that your worker gave to me. Please do better with appreciating the hard work of your employees. You have some terrible wprkers who don't care, but the ones who do only need acknowledgement. If anyone reads this review, and acts upon it, I greatly appreciate you, and so does your employee.

Israel helped to choose, walked with me through the department., and indicated options to buy, and reasons. Showed the prices and advantages. Really appreciated help

This store hasn’t enough floor assistance. After 15 minutes of trying to get help I gave up!

Couldn’t find people to help. I was looking for a nail filter and there’s no one to help me get the right size or anything.

The employees are rude and always having conversations amongst themselves instead of assisting. On my last visit the employee at the self check out walked by me saying inappropriate comments since she was in a hurry to leave work.

The associate who helped us to purchase the washer and dryer was very good. Before she came to help us, another fellow came to help us. His attitude was nasty.

Not even a single human register. What garbage.

Asked twice for assistance on the electrical department and nobody showed up

Horrible customer service

I use them about 7 times a week they always nail it CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK IS THE BEST!!!!!

Please don't ask anybody to pull down a bundle of lumber for you. That is considered act. Don't try to find somebody to open something so you can get a tool or battery out. Key has been misplaced and can't be found. If somebody is knowledgeable and personable you never see them the next visit. I guess they make everybody else look bad. I am 77 but, believe it or not, I can use self checkout without assistance. I don't need some young kid hanging over me to punch the buttons for me. You want a veterans discount? You have to press this, and enter this here, then put in your phone number. I am starting to wonder if I am going to be able to find my way home.

This is my local homedepot and I always find what Im looking for, they keep the place clean.

I prefer this location for helpfulness

Gary was the greatest he come out of his way to explain to me the difference between lighting options in the store

This is one of the handful of home depots I can stop at and know they'll have what I need. I usually swing by to get something quick and it has yet to happen where the items aren't well stocked.
