Very good location compared to other Home Depot locations. All the staff were smiling and courteous. The paint department had an excellent associate, Jerry. I had very good customer service.

Lets keep this store in business !!! No place I would rather go for home improvement and appliances. Would be lost without it.

Staff is awesome

I live smack between three stores - Bartlett, Elgin, and Schaumburg. I almost always choose Schaumburg because of employees like Tracy at the Customer Service desk, Qasim at the checkout, and a few others who are always eager to help and knowledgeable. Great and clean store.

Store manager Bill has no customer service. I waited for a manager for over 20 minutes and decided to just leave and not get a $749.00 snow blower. I went inside and asked to talk to a manager about the long wait. I spoke with store manager Bill but he did not cared about what I had to say about how long I waited for help and no one came and that once I was ready to check out I had to wait for a manager that never showed up. I told him that I would not buy anything at his store because of his lack of customer service and all he said was ok and even though his employees tried to have me still do business he told them to leave me alone because I was done. I would of expected that from an employee but definitely not from a manager.

Charlie in the paint department and Jerry - a manager who may or may not specifically be part of the paint department, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me change a paint color i had bought previously until I had exactly what i wanted. I was in there on a Saturday early evening, tired from painting my house all day and frustrated because I didn't like the color I bought. Charlie was working the paint counter alone and had a lot of customers. He was pleasant, competent, and worked quickly. When it was my turn and we just couldn't get the color perfect, Jerry came over to help. Neither of them were impatient with me or annoyed with my indecision. Both demonstrated excellent customer service and I left with a color i wanted! THANK YOU!!!

This store is clean. The staff is always asking if you need assistance or if you are finding everything. They will explain your options and accompany you to the locations that resolve your needs.

Great customer service! Had to order cabinets for my laundry room and Home Depot and Vern in the kitchen dept got it right!! Also had some great service in the wall tile department. Highly recommend this store! They care!

I needed help fixing an outdoor faucet that leaked and I got a great help from Ron Ball. So nice to find help right away and get friendly, expert advice!!!

Store was very organized and clean. I was very tired from moving and came in to purchase a washer and dryer. The staff was extremely helpful. Several people ran around grabbing a few things for me and making me keys. Also, Vern in kitchen/appliances was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He helped me narrow down a product immediately! Great job Home Depot! I so appreciated all of the attentive service!!

Our cashier Kaitlyn was great, she was super friendly and even offered me plastic to line my trunk so dirt didn't get all over my car. I was unaware that was available to your customers. It was a great experience shopping there, will definitely go back to this store.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest Home Depot that I have been in, the location is perfect for where I reside. The staff on the floor are always curtious and willing to assist the customers. Also the Restrooms are always clean. Unfortunetly I have a complaint about where they relocated the riding shopping carts they used to be located in the main enterance doorway, but now they are inside the store at the exit enterance, which doesn’t make since.

Super friendly staff and knowledgable. Connie and Wesley were very helpful in meeting my needs. Love my appliances so far.

Some of the employees are rude and ignorant, shelves not always stocked, I know more about the products then most of the employees. Used to go through the pro desk because they used to take care of the contractors and showed they cared, now they are more concerned about the homeowner who might spend $500 a year instead of the contractor who spends $30,000 - $40,000 per year
