The lumber is sold at a price equal to other suppliers in the area however the lumber sold at the Home Depot is extremely low quality. If your in the market for lumber that is full of knots, covered in mold and isn’t cut straight The Home Depot is the ideal place to find it here are some photos of the lumber I recently ordered showing the condition I received the order in

I frequent this store several times a week. The employees I deal with are all knowledgeable and helpful. If this store doesn't have an item they will check stock in surrounding stores.

Many reliable and helpful employees seem to be gone or left in the recent 6-8 weeks. We fell like we are retraining your new employees ( who are good people)

I bought a bunch of stuff and I am happy,I wish the staff were more helpful & friendly

Please hire more employees. It was hard to find someone to help us with questions.

They don’t stock washing machines

I needed to do a return on 1 item and the customer service rep tells me I cannot and I am on a no returns list?? Made me sound like a criminal with no explanation other than the rep telling me they randomly do that.. he couldn't even explain anything to me and told me a manager would not help me.

have been redoing a house I inherited and the staff has been great in helping me make a decision and not break the budget. I have also sent praises to home office naming staff

Definitely not a location. I would suggest if you’re in a hurry always one register open by the lumber, and the self-serve lines are usually halfway down the aisle. Isles are very disorganized and crowded.

I lived in this for 25yrs. Home Depot always the store to go to , but recently visiting the store, noticed painted lines , no stray shopping carts or outside the store , walked around the inside the store, nothing cluttering the isles, no trash on the floor, employees helping customers to find what their looking for with a smile, or employee answering a question one might have over a product their looking at....

Horrible experience. The delivery team was using substances while on the job. One of them banged and dented the refrigerator making the water lines unusable. The management team would not resolve the problem. The delivery team did not hook up the water system as promised. The company never credited the promised scratch and dent credit until I went back in Sept to check. i will never trust HD and will not buy anything there again. The set up team on delivery did not even install the refrigerator filters or level the appliance. Horrible company response to this situation. Beyond unsatisfactory experience.

They always have what I need. Prices are fair. Any prices that are high, bring in a link with the competitors price and they will match, no questions asked. I have been shopping here for 3 years and will not hesitate to come back for anything I need.

No one seems to have any knowledge about any department they work In and yes I understand this store caters to contractors, but my money spends just like theirs and it’s frustrating that we DIY people can’t get any Help!!!

I always purchase paint and Home Improvement projects with this Home Depot. The staff are always helpful and courteous

Needed zinc panel, and no one to help. one calling another and another calling another and it it goes on like that.

Needed help in locating the correct size blade for a neighbors cutting tool,, the associate stay with me through the entire process, even installing the new blade, greated appreciated

Lena and Celine went out of their way to call me about an item that appeared out of stock. They saved me a lot of time and energy finding my product.

Overall I think that the store is unorganized flats of product cluttered some aisle a little confusing on the check out area only 2 and they were being used by large multiple items orders a long wait for a regular customer non contractor

They are getting better now. More qualified employees to help us. Good.

Deposits are the person working in Lumber was very helpful and the cashier was friendly and click to cash me out. The negative is the isles were always clogged and makes it hard to get through them with miscellaneous items all over the place. Histories always and I get it Lumber store but empty Red Bull cans all over the place looking for specific ply with the Carey only had two sheets left and they were in terrible condition for the $53 they make you pay per sheet. I asked for help to load into the back of my vehicle and the guy looked at me and I had two heads. Didn’t say anything just walked away. I only go to Home Depot when I Nessus, as I didn’t have time to travel to a different location or a different store

Kevin R. In aisle one went above and beyond. He was kind and took his time to educate me. He helped me by learning about my project and gathering the right accessories.

I was assisted by someone today who is extremely kind, helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable about the situation that I needed to address her name was a l l y and I would just like her to be recognized for her professional customer interaction skills

Went shopping for a new washer and dryer and Denise in appliances was fantastic to work with. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us get an amazing deal! One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Look Denise up if you are shopping for appliances!

Refused to give money back even though I had receipt and items were not used.

Charizma in particular is stellar, taking me across the store assisting with the decision making process and waiting patiently while we make up our minds which is not easy. I can spot wonderful employees from a mile away and she and her two fellow employees(ashamed I never got their names) helped us get the monstrous grill in our car. Kudos to you all for being exemplary employees, it was so appreciated!!! Signed a person who has worked in customer service for over 20 years and appreciates when she gets amazing service. Way to go Charizma!! You deserve a raise, gift card, accolades! Thank you for going above and beyond!
