We ordered a tub insert on line from Home Depot that came in damaged. The team members at the store worked with us to reorder the item, match the price we had found on line, try to rush the order, and gave us a 10% discount for our troubles. It was frustrating as our bathroom was torn apart and not useable without the insert, but they did everything they could to make the situation better. I would highly recommend this Schenectady Store. Thanks for all the extra effort everyone!

It was about 10:00 on a Saturday morning, there were product in the isles making it hard to move through and find what you were looking for. If there was an associate they made no eye contact and avoided being asked a questions.

Was pleasant and had everything I needed to complete my project

Went to get peat moss and top soil for a gardening project and ended up with some great bargains on plants in addition to what I needed.

I have been frequenting the Schenectady store lately because I recently purchased my first home. I have been extremely please with the service, product availability and knowledge each employees has. They have been so helpful though this process. I am on a limited budget and they have walked me through the benefits and pricing of each product to help me with my final decision. I would absolutely recommend this store; especially if your unsure of exactly what you need; they will help you! We'll see you guys soon; Thank you!

Had excellent help with my associate in placing my special order replacement windows. Associate was courteous, and experienced. Explain in detail the order and confirmation of measurements.

A product representative helped me get the toilet flap needed to do a repair at church. So very quickly was able to get back to church do repair & get to other things needed doing.handy

This morning after an exceptional visit at the Home Depot, I finally decided to participate in the online opinion survey. My goal was to acquire and purchase several bags of landscape peastone gravel to finish a pathway project in my backyard. Although these items were not readily available ie: within reach, the teamwork involved among the sales associates to make this product accessible and ready for sale was smooth, friendly and quite proficient! I will be visiting this particular store again soon. Thank you!

I go to this Home Depot quite often due to its proximity to my home. It has become very under staffed and on many occasions over the past couple of months there have not been any checkout cashiers, only the self check-out. A few days ago I had to wait 20 minutes to return a couple of items. There wasn't anyone available at the counter. It seems to be poorly managed and staffed.

We bought appliances and made several trips to the store and comparing with other stores and the associates knew us by the time we made a final decision. They were so nice and helpful and made the decision easier. We never had to look for someone to help us. There was always an associate there and they all work so well together. Very happy with all of them.

I first purchased my appliances with best buy and the install was a nightmare. I canceled my order with them and went to the Schenectady NY store. Devika was a pleasure to work with she did her best to meet all of my wants and needs. She even went as far as calling cs and the credit card company to get the financing I wanted. I would gladly tell people to shop at your story. Also 2 days prior I had gone to the store to by lawn power tools the Schenectady store did not have what I wanted but the sales associate was more than happy to look up which store in my area had what I needed.

I SHOP IN THIS STORE A LOT AND CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR! DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING. SOMETIMES HAVE PROBLEMS PAYING MY BILL AT CREDIT DESK WITH MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS CHECK! OTHERWISE LOVE THE STORE.

I Appreciate the Fine Service. The host at the door is always helpful in finding what I need . The store is clean . The Cashiers are very helpful. I even Pay my bill at the store because I live nearby.

Very good associate availability and knowledge on my visit. Used Schenectady store instead of my Amsterdam Home Depot because of item availability in stock. This store was swamped with customers and yet it was an easy in an out because of the associate level of care and competence I received.
