Cashier (Susan) was friendly, quick, accurate, knowledgeable, and professionally dressed. She exceeded my expectations by wrapping several pieces of lath making it easier for me to carry the items to my trucker.

Olivia was a very helpful clerk and made the whole experience of shopping a lot more pleasant.

I like the store but you might want rethink placement of cement bags move 80 and 100 lbs bags from 2nd shelf and move 40 and 50 lbs bags from floor to 2nd shelf

Having been doing the Home Improvement thing for a long long time now, and having seen the quality of help diminish over the years, I was very pleased to find that over half of the people working (and on a holiday no less) were bright cheerful and upbeat! Unlike most, I came in knowing what I wanted and where it was located, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. Not callously, but with genuine interest. I deferred initially as i am familiar with the store, but the item I wanted was stocked near the top of the racking. I had barely identified where it was when a cashier, not a floor clerk, but a cashier stepped up and asked if I needed a tool from the top rack. From there it was all breezy. A half a bunk of sheet goods hand loaded by a couple of enthusiastic guys who boasted that they could hand load my truck faster than using a forkllift, and who frankly proved it, got me in and out in almost record time. A big shout out and thank you to Sarah SXC3948, and the two eager kids she called in to help!!

I appreciated an associate offering to help me find the things my husband sent me to get. He was pleasant, and knowledgeable. The cashier was especially helpful and very nice.

I really appreciate the Scottsbluff store. Every time ive been there there have been at least one or more employees that ask me if I need any assistance finding things. Its always in and out. Never have a bunch of delays like when I go to Menards. Thank You

MY experience was alright , the service was just so so!!

I recently purchased approximately 1000 lbs of pre-mix concrete [60 lb bags] and sand [50 lb bags]. I had numerous employees walk past me without offering to assist. Until the lady from Garden past by [who is 4 foot nothing and 100 lbs - she offered to help me!]. I perceived a real lack of willingness to perform their job functions in the employees.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I have received consistently every visit I have made to the Scottsbluff Home Depot. It makes building a new home less stressful, thank you!

The store was clean and there was a friendly lady to greet me when I came in and asked if I needed any help. The only problem is that this lady doesn't know much.

I go to this store for both personal and business use. the store is clean and the people that work there are friendly, helpful, and look like they enjoy their job more than most retail employees. I also swear that this store has the best bathrooms in the whole town.

STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANISED. GREAT HELP FROM THE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN THERE ALONG TIME. NEW EMPLOYEES NEED MORE TRAINING AND A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THEY ARE SELLING IN THIER PERSPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS.

Only complaint is the AC Store was hot and humid and was going to get worse

Twice in the last 3 days I have been waited on by Muhamadou at the Scottsbluff Home Depot, and he is a SHINING STAR example of what customer service is all about. Friendly, proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and a great communicator (even though English is not likely his primary language)!!! I will look for him every time I go in the store, he is a great representative of Home Depot and truly cares about the customer having a great experience! SH.

The only good thing about buying the lawn tractor was Alan Grasmick. He was so nice, helpful, and knew what he was doing!! Thank You Alan...I will look you up if I need to know anything. Home Depot is very luck to have you!!!!!!!

I get really tired of searching for an associate to assist me and if it weren't for the friendliness of cashier Susan I.would probably do all of my shopping ay Menards.

The help I received when I went to buy the materials to build my deck was exceptional. They provided me with everthing I would need including a blue print on how to put it together.

always enjoy going to Home Depot in Scottsbluff the staff is eager to help and usually they have a very sunny attitude. it is my go to home improvement store
