Im a disabled vet they treated me with respect and the staff came together under walt to load a patio set on a cart in the store took me to the check out helped me load up the patio set into my truck I couldn't have got the same treatment anywhere else.every time I come to this store I feel thankful from Gail the cashier who was filling in in the paint department making sure I had the best paint for my needs to the guys in electrical and lumber this store is filled with high quality people that care for the customer it makes the 45 minute drive worth it u will be back again and again thank you to everyone thier

I had an issue with some windows I had purchased. Michelle, the MOD, was so helpful in getting my exchange taken care of! Great service!

Just want to brag on the lady that was trying to to get my little girl to come to a kid building event. She did good and was trying hard. She was friendly. I thought she did well.

Purchased a grill there that was on clearance and you could tell it had been setting for quite a while , had a knob missing on one of the eyes for the gas, asked for a manager and he came out and gave me a little extra discount for the flaws , so thankful, great service and he helped me load it , no one competes with that!

Only one person outside helping load trucks. I'm disabled and had to help and I saw a lot of elderly with no help. No good!!

Viewed a product online. Didn’t notice a disclaimer stating only available online. Why do stores advertise products online and not actually carry them in the store. If I wanted to order online I pick an online merchant that would be cheaper.

Just purchased a new washer. I always shop Home Depot first. They always have exactly what I need. And the Home Depot card helps me to make a large purchase manageable with my fixed income. Scottsboro store really takes care of me. I am so grateful to have a store so close to home.

I bought 2 of these at the same time. These do a great job. Reasonable price. Does the same job as others at twice the price.

Have bought sheet rock to plumbing stuff to cabinets. Delivery people were great and prompt.

I dont go to this store often because at my age and the distance from my home, there is just not much I need,but I honestly cant remember a time when I visited this store that have a good helpful visit and was made to feel welcome. Susan and Eddie were awsome!

Two of three items were fifty percent higher and I plan on returning them!!!

I just had to buy a brand new washer and had searched multiple stores until I found the black Friday sale at Home Depot. The sale price here was much lower than other stores. The sales person was super helpful! She answered all of my questions with patience and courtesy. Honestly, I was dreading this shopping experience, especially over the holidays, but was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to complete my purchase!

Every employee was eager to help and it was a great shopping experience.

Things usually go great until you try to check out and then things tend to fall apart. Am a pro customer and my purchases can range anywhere from one dollar to $10,000 but every time I try to check out zip through the screen and I can’t even put in my pro number. From a customer service perspective I see this as a problem and it’s really a training issue, 100% on the management, not on the employees at all. Train your cashiers to not be so eager and zip through the screen on the card reader in an effort to speed up the checkout process so much that they ignore your pro customers .

Needed help finding item associate helped me even loaded up my cart! Learned I using wrong glue plumbing repair from Tori. Outstanding customer experience even check out lady great.

As always, Zack Pierce is willing to help with anything I’m looking for, he greets me when I’m in the store, he’s a big asset and a great employee.

Alicia did the correct thing and made the drawer replacement easy.

I had a large order that took a few extra minutes and Toni at customer service was very helpful and apologetic for the delay. She even gave me a Dr Pepper.

One of the best Homedepot I’ve visited the staff is always overly eager to help every time I go!
