I purchased a zero turn lawn mower that did not have the battery installed. When I came back to the store Eric and Brooklyn went above and beyond to talk to the manager and help get a battery for the lawn mower. Eric walked me around the store, obtained the tools required and retrieved the battery I needed. Their professionalism and assistance was outstanding! I couldn't be happier with the assistance they provided. Thank you Eric and Brooklyn!

The lady in the PVC department was helpful and knowledgeable. She could not have been more helpful. The young guy at the register saw that an item rang up wrong (showed a picture of the large display it came from) and he made no effort to fix the problem. Offered $2 off which took it close to the price (but was still was higher than the displayed price.

Lawney was extremely helpful and also friendly. Helped me pick the correct paint for my cabinets and gave me options.

Worst service ever from this Home Depot. I ordered 4 appliances to be delivered and installed. The day they showed up it was bad from the start, the driver didn't get off to greet me or notify me they were there, I waited and waited I had to come out to the main st. They would not pull into either driveway (duplex) he said the tree was too low so I suggested the other driveway, he pulled to the other side of the house and again did not come out I had to go up to them to which he informed me he was trying to figure out where to park. I figured to let them do their job let him know I'd be inside and got out the way. After about 15 min I thought it was taking too long I went back outside and they left. Just left without coming to tell me, taking off with my appliances. No call, nothing. I took time off of work to be there and had to call the guy 3 times and he said he was trying to figure something out with dispatch because he did not have cones with him place around truck. They were there for an hour!!! A full hour and did nothing, they could have unloaded and been done during that hour. I spoke to Brandon at this location which he said this isn't the first time delivery has failed and said they're supposed to look at their routs prior and be prepared. He suggested I talk to to Liz at extension 340, I left 2 voicemails and never got a call back. I talked to Mark who's above Brandon then finally got a call back from Joel the manager and nothing was done about the bad service I was given and failed delivery and now says they can't deliver to me which is not true because prior to this they called me to reschedule and now they're saying they can't. I canceled this order thinking I should just talk to someone in the store for better service but no service was given. This is completely the fault of Home Depot that I don't have appliances for my business, a rental property and yet nothing was done. 

its not cheap store but i will say great eployees very helpfull one of the employees who always help me in this store is lawney thank you.

I always go to The Home Depot store before checking anywhere else for home, yard, building, plumbing, etc.,etc . Always pleasant staff that are happy to help out with whatever I'm looking for

This store has make a remarkable turnaround from last spring. The customer service and overall atmosphere of the store has really improved.

Twice Lawney Mullen has paint matched old paint for us, appreciate his attention to finite detail and getting it right.

My boyfriend bought a house completely is remodeling it and Home Depot is his home! He has spent thousands of dollars there and will continue! We love it at SE 14 Home Depot

Went in today to finalize and pay for my carpet to be installed. The main carpet person called out sick and Joel was trying to fill in. It had been over 4 years since he did a carpet estimate. Since then they also have a new computer system for it. Instead of telling me he didn’t know what he was doing and to come back when the regular person could help, he made a few phone calls to other stores to get assistance with the new computer system and got the estimate finalized, paid for and set up to be installed. It might have taken him a few extra minutes, but he took the time to do what’s right in my eyes.

Lawney & Patrick in the paint dept provide great customer service.

Bri, Anthony and Greg are great examples of employees working together to make the shopping experience a good one. They went above and beyond what other employees would have done in order to locate my online order that was delivered to the store.

Better than any Home Depot I’ve visited in California and Iowa. This location is smaller than the rest in the area but surprisingly has a greater selection somehow. If you see Lawney, ask him for help and he’ll take good care of you. Do him a solid and sign up for that credit card.

I can never find someone to help me at Home Depot. This day was similar. But I found Fred. Fred was new to Home Depot but he still tried to help me in getting cut wire. When he didn't know how to do it, he immediately got someone that could help me. He had seen that I had been waiting there A VERY LONG TIME after someone called for help in the store speaker. I just appreciate that this new guy, Fred, was willing to TRY and help and when he couldn't do the job, he went and got someone.

Bri helped me for quite a while with an amazing bright attitude. She is exactly what all customer service reps should be like, and the reason why I will always return to this store.

Chris, Nickole, Kait, and Sean took care of me without hesitation or making me feel like I was a burden. The situation is hard to explain but I was having an issue (no fault of the store) and these guys shared my frustration and took care of it with urgency and a smile! I look forward to shopping there again because of them! Thanks again guys!

This store has the best customer service! They go out of tehir way to help you. WAY better than other local stores. I bought a Traeger grill. They were knowledgeable and helpful and got me exactly what I needed.

I truly wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me the other day. He was genuinely happy to be helping customers. He patiently walked me throughout the store ensuring that I had everything on my list for my project. I was utterly impressed! I will be shopping at this location again.

We bought a considerable amount of paint and supplies from the SE 14th Street store in Des Moines and received superb customer service from Lawney in the paint department and cashier Brookelyn. Thank you both!

As I shopped for paint , two new hires Justin Kyle Provided customer service unlike what I'm use to of late. While still learning the store find it has all I need at a budget friendly price. Quality products at even homeowner find in their budget.. I'm a contractor need one stop shopping at prices mmy client can afford and does.

Lawney Mullen was the third employee I saw upon my entrie & the first to greet me as well ask if I needed anything. He helped fins what I needed.
