Every time I come here I remember I needed something else as well, but I don’t have to worry about it breaking my bank. I shop this location at least once a week and never have any complaints. Today I came in for a board and remembered I also needed gloves, zipties, and that I need blades for my work knife; they have it all!

I’ll choose Home Depot over their nearby competitor because the Home Depot associates are so helpful, including loading heavy boxes into our truck…all with courtesy and a smile.

I did not have my Home Depot charge card with me and the Customer Service rep was helpful, pleasant and efficient in getting a temporary pass so that I could complete my purchases that day.

I’m glad Dustan Powell was working the day we bought our range! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with!

The staff here is always friendly, and will frequently ask if I need help finding an item. Also their inventory stock shown online has always been very accurate to what the store has on hand. I’ve used them from a dozen or so paint projects, to house remodeling and I’ve always been able to find what I need to complete the project.

I just bought a portable dishwasher and the lady that helped us didn't even work in that department anymore. Poor gentleman that did was stuck with another customer who kept him busy lol.

I have to drive quite a distance but love this location due to the superior customer service as well as the cleanliness and well stocked store shelves.

I appreciate the ability to find what I need and checkout quickly. I also generally get quick service with returns and exchanges. The customer service personnel are always competent with handling transactions.

I just purchased a refrigerator, and I will be going back to get more appliances washer and dryer. Awesome customer service and great experience.

It’d be nice if the employees actually tried to engage or assist customers. This is a serious lack of training and incentive. They have no reason to do these things because they get no benefit from it.

I didn't find enough Rocky Harbor Trex decking and Jarod H. helped me locate more outside - went and got the materials and I was able to leave the store with the product quantity that I needed. Jarod helped ensure that I had an easy checkout process and helped me load the materials - VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Staff is great and go out of their way to help, you can tell they take pride in the work. Store is easy in and out so I can get back on the job.

I had the best experience with the customer service team. They are so friendly and helpful compared to an experience I had with one of their competitors.

On our previous visit we had an exchange and purchased paint. John from paint was fun, has a great spirit and personality. He's 76 years old and my husband and I enjoyed our conversation with him. Kaitlyn the sales cashier was kind, courteous and professional. It was the end of her shift and she had a great attitude and a great smile.

In the past year I have bought a Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer and every year I buy my plants there! I love Home Depot!!!

The Home Depot employee - Jarod H - who helped us with lumber was outstanding. He helped us select the boards and walked us out to our car (we were concerned whether the boards would fit into our Rogue). He made us feel welcome and valued as a customer. Great experience.

I was looking for an item in the garden section. I didn’t see an employee in the section, so I went to the customer service desk where they believed the person assigned to the area was on lunch break, but she immediately called for general assistance. Once I ended back into the garden area Dustan was ready to assist and answer my questions. He didn’t push seeking me another line of credit when he found out I already had a Home Depot card. He was honest about the process for me and himself, straight to the point, had a sense of urgency, and I felt respected throughout the whole process. The fact that he was on lunch but still made my experience feel expedited and respected is why I’m looking forward to coming back.

Jarod H helped me select a piece of wood for my deck repair and cut it to length.

Always look at customer service. Trained people in it for years. Reflects on entire company. Home Depot must train there people well.
