This Home Depot is clean, and the staff is trained to fully assist customers.

The employees at this Home Depot offer to help me without even having to ask. All are so friendly & knowledgeable. Sometimes I have a list, and need someone to help me find and discuss multiple items. I quickly get someone with a very positive and patient attitude that will do that. Sometimes I need a little help with a tool that I purchased there, and they are happy to assist me for that also. I have shopped at the Chapman Highway store for 3 years, and I have never been disappointed in their service. I cannot say that about the other Home Depot stores. They are usually too busy. Sometimes after I waited to speak to an employee, they walked away from me and helped another person who came after me, even though they clearly saw me waiting. Recently I had a problem with an online order for a refrigerator that was damaged in transport. Asst Manager Jim McCullar at the Chapman Highway store went above and beyond my expectations in that incident. He made me a customer for life, for sure, at THIS Home Depot store. Thank You South Knoxville Home Depot, and thank you Jim!

Cheaper by 5-10% it seemed from their competitor down the road

This store rocks! My favorite thing about it is the friendly employees that always go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. As a re-modeler, I face some unique challenges daily. This store not only helps me meet the needs of my customers, but the needs for my own home as well. If they do not have the item, they will show me how to order it online, and they are brave enough to tell me who may carry the item needed. They put me first, and that's why I keep going back.

Every time we are in this Home Depot we notice we are greeted by multiple employees and we always get the help we need. We especially love having Jenny as our cashier. She's so friendly and helpful.

The store is nice, and full of hobby materials. The employees let you check out at customer service.

It's a great place to shop because you are not encumbered by other shoppers. It's like your own personal store. Great service in garden with getting the dirt and the lady in paint showed me right where to find spray paint. I could have been in there for days they worked hard to get me out as soon as possible. Thanks HD employees!

Cashier in lawn & garden was very helpful told me where I could find product. I asked her if she could get someone to put 11-40 pound bags of salt on a cart for me. She called them immediately and a lady came within 1-2 minutes go a flat bed cart and went and got the bags of salt for me,she waited till I was checked out and then took them to my truck and put them into my truck. She as well as the female cashier were very nice and friendly.I hope you are able to find the two nice employees and thank them in some way. As I was unable to lift the bags at all,since I have back problems. The lady that got the salt for me has worked in the home&garden section for some time,she has semi-short blonde hair. Thank you for having employees such as these two young ladies.

Excellent service from plumbing, flooring and check out staff. Found what I needed quickly with good assistance from very friendly and helpful staff.

Went there for paint sample mini jug. Found help and all went well. Will definitely be going back

We have to commend and should be shared with Brad that helped us in the paint Dept. He was the best. Wish I could get him every time I go to the store !!!! What a breath of fresh air and went above and beyond helping us Thank you Brad !

The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I've come across in 25 years of construction. The store is organized, rarely blocked aisles for restock when shopping. Products always clearly marked and in stock. And I'm always greeted and asked if I need help locating an item. I also observe staff providing accurate information to novice shoppers regarding their home project.

The store was clean and easy to navigate, but what set it apart for me was the service. Both Juanita in Flooring and Jess at check-out were AWESOME! I work in retail, and I recognize people who actually care about their jobs when I see them. Bravo!

Our cashier Zach noticed a piece of our plumbing hardware didn't match the others and pointed it. This saved us a trip to exchange it. Thanks Zach!

Parker in Electrical went above and beyond in customer service. That's something you rarely see any more and it's good to know that it still exist. He's a fine young man and I want you to know that he does an outstanding job for your store. As long as I get customer service like I got from Parker then I will always shop at your store. I've also told all my family and friends if they have any electrical needs or anything from that store to look for Parker.

The staff at this store have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They set quite an example for other retailers.

Bob in paints, worked very hard to adjust a previous paint purchase. Always checking with me to keep me informed even tho was in another department while he worked on the paint. he even saw me thru checkout and loaded my car. Great employee. Good job Bob and thx!

I did only order from the Knoxville store, as the Sevierville store did not hav the quantity needed for the job. And the product bought from Knoxville cost me twice as much because it was not on sale there. I still need to go and pick it up which is about 20 miles away since you do not transfer goods from one store to another. I cannot do an overall because I have not been to this store yet

We love shopping at this location. The employees are very friendly and helpful (especially mark in the garden area).

My most recent visit was very pleasant. Several employees approached asking if I needed assistance, made eye contact and smiled. Thank you for your willingness to help!

Went to HD to get a board to widen a TV stand instead of buying a new one. Had great service. They cut my board, mixed me some paint, helped me find everything I was looking for, and got me out of the store pretty quickly. Got thanked for shopping there, and my 3 year old daughter got a compliment from every single employee there. It's unfortunate that I don't get this level of customer service at all stores.
