the store was most helpful with everything that I needed. I walked in with a small can of paint, and did not have the receipt. I asked the clerk if there was any way to get a refund on the paint. I had bought two at the original purchase time, and did not open one can. she asked how I paid, I said debit. she said yes, we will be able to look that up with that card. I love the convenience of that.

I had a very good experience at this store. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The associates are always friendly and willing to help. Even if they don't know the answer to a specific question, they know where or who to go to find out the answer. A lot of other places their response is "I don't know go check on aisle ..." and just point you that way. Awesome group of associates.

Wouldn't consider the other building store. Associates knowledgable and helpful. Store very clean and organized. Prices more than fair.

The employees of this store are really a cut above. There is a guy named ROYDEN CROCKER that works back in flooring that is really worth meeting (even if you don't need flooring) he has been a tremendous help to my wife and me every time we go in. It's gotten so we ask for him whenever we need anything - he is so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for you you actually enjoy shopping in this store (Chapman Highway)

Went in having no idea what I needed. Lady at the paint counter walked me through the whole thing showing me what I needed to complete the job and with a lot of advise on how to make it a lot easier.

Dont expect even cool water out of the water fountains by the restrooms. Hot then warm only. Been like that for a long time. Overall would be excellent except for something as simple as having cool water come out of at least one of the two water fountains.

The store was clean and well stocked but trying to find an associate to help was a bit frustrating. Once I found someone to help me they were very knowledgeable (Karen) about the issue I needed help with.

The store was ok, but on the subject of Cub Cadet products, the information was totally lacking and confusing.

I was looking for a battery powered weed wacker. The associate who helped me knew a great amount about battery powered trimmers. I was able to buy a tool that I was sure was the right one. This Home Depot is always clean and orderly. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The advice they give concerning Home Depot products is always accurate.

When I show my veterans ID, cashier always says "Thank You for your service" and this is very much appreciated. Store Associates assisted me in loading my trailer.

Associate was very helpful in making sure I was aware that the warranty on the fruit trees I purchased was for one year, and told me to keep the email receipt.

the needs to be a return stile for shopping carts placed closer to the exit of the store in the parking lot.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have gotten some great deals at Home Depot. Because they allow dogs in the store, it is not a friendly atmosphere for those with allergies or a fear of dogs. A large sign should be put by the entrances that a dog could be found anywhere in the store so shoppers have the option to shop elsewhere.

store was clean and organized. parking lot well lit. items I purchased was in stock and had a good variety to chose from. casher was very pleasant and helpful.

The customer service is excellent here. They are always so helpful and ready to assist with your shopping.

as I enterd the store I was gretted and shown the lawnmower I was interested in he showed me the difference between all of the different kinds you had and I was well informed about the kind I bought and then he took me to the paint department where the associate helped me and got me out fast which I nedded to be somewhere else soon

I had to go to Home Depot to buy all my supplies to remodel a bathroom. While shopping around, one of the associates started helping me with a door and noticed I had a cart full of my other items. He offered to take all my items and hold them with the door while I continued shopping for my other items. He consolidated all my items onto one check out card so when I checked out, all the register clerk had to do was scan one card. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they all worked together as a team, the associate in flooring, paint and the front check outs were all talking to each other helping me get the best experience. They made my trip so easily. I was really dreading going but their help made my trip so easy I was so happy! Thanks Home Depot!

When purchasing lumber staff assist with loading and making cuts that I need with large pieces of wood.

Spent a lot of time today in your store just looking at where everything is located and was asked several times if I needed help. I explained to one associate what I was doing and he told me to take all the time I needed. I made the decision to NEVER shop at your competition (across Chapman Highway) again after I witnessed a sales associate ridicule a person over a can of paint. Thanks to all associates for how nice, friendly and helpful you have been every time I have been in your store.

The associates were very helpful in helping me find the products I needed. They also assisted me with making a key without me having to ask for assistance.

What sets this store apart is the ever present and very helpful employees. Customer service is often lacking in stores these days, but not at Home Depot. Every visit I am greeted and offered help. Thank you!
