The associates were very helpful in helping me find the products I needed. They also assisted me with making a key without me having to ask for assistance.

What sets this store apart is the ever present and very helpful employees. Customer service is often lacking in stores these days, but not at Home Depot. Every visit I am greeted and offered help. Thank you!

I appreciate it when the cashier thanks me for my military service. Not enough stores do this, but I am always thanked at this Home Depot.

I was very pleased by the help I received from the Appliance area manager, John. On my initial visit I was very unsure what features I wanted, and unaware of new advances in technology. He took time to show us the options, and explain why some of the new advances were definite improvements over what we were used to on the old appliances (change is scary!). An excellent retail experience overall.

I'm a student at the University of Tennessee and time is precious. I went in with one purpose and I was delighted with the speedy assistance I received from the moment I walked in the door! They helped me right away and knew all the answers to my questions. I got in and out very quickly with everything I needed just right! I would recommend going to the location to anyone and I will definitely be going there for any future projects I have!

I have used Home Depot to save money on building materials for some time. They have options like the clearance items to add value to your shopping experience.

Someone offered to help me as soon as I came through the door then another employee offered help within 5 minutes.I checked out in Lawn and Garden Dept. Where I was treated as if I were a friend by the cashier.She really seemed to want to help me although it was a cold dreary day.Unknown to cashier,I was buying flowers for funeral of close family so I was heartbroken. Her friendly attitude was much appreciated!
