I purchased a 5 cu chest freezer . Upon opening the box I discovered the freezer was damaged. When I called the Home Depot about exchanging the damaged freezer I was instructed I had to contact the manufacture. This is total nonsense.

Went in looking for a new Milwaukee battery and they were able to answer all my questions and had exactly what I need to perform the job

Cannot figure out hardware department at all. They should pattern after wpb store on okeechobee Blvd! Unfortunately they did away with clearance items,my go to first area! Young lady in paint department was great! She did a great job.

The box for the shower door had been opened and re-taped shut. When I got home 50 miles away and opened the door the attaching parts were missing.

Every time I go into the Home Depot I am greeted. If I need help there is someone to help. Normally they have what I am looking for

Like many Home Depot stores, employees walk past you and don't acknowledge your existence. A simple "Hi" would suffice. The store manager should have a relative walk once around the store and report the percentage of eye contacts they receive. Stupid simple customer service.

I go weekly for my weekend and get in and out quickly. Staff is nice management is helpful. GM is always walking around looking for customer service opportunities.

We bought a Ryobi Pole Saw for small branches and it works really well. It is not heavy and just long enough for clearing lower branches. A great purchase at the best store in town! The Home Depot

went to buy some trim wood for a job I'm doing and the clerk I spoke to in the lumber department couldn't tell me where the 16' baseboard trim was, he started taking out his phone and looking for it on the phone, shouldn't a floor clerk know where a item was located? also ask if they had 16' door casing and he didn't know what I was asking about. We were 25' from the product, the clerk was more interested withy flirting with a customer than to help us, we just got mad and left and went to the L0we store and got what we needed. Some of you executives need to get up off your butts take off your suit and ties and go visit your store s as a john doe and see for yourself. The stores and service really stink. And the few clerks you have, most aren't familiar with your products and location of it, without hearing, you can get it on line. If I wanted to get the item on line I would have and not wasted mine time going in your stores. A customer has to put out a APB to find a clerk then alot of them don't know what your looking for. I can remember when Home Depot advertised that there departments had professionals that had worked that trade as clerks, boy has it went downhill. Some suit wearing jerks, trying to justify their 6 digit income are running it in the ground. It used to be a GREAT store.

We went to the Sebring Home Depot and met with a really knowledgable associate in the major appliance section of the store. She spent a considerable amount of time assisting us with the purchase of a washing machine and a second refrigerator. In the end we felt we made a very good deal for ourselves for these items. In the event you require information on major appliances I would recommend Sonja GARLAND. She is excellent.

I do all my shopping at Home Depot. Bought all my Christmas items last year and I am verry happy with everything. I purchased a light last year, and liked it so much, I just ordered another one yesterday.

I was shopping the plumbing department in this visit. This store is pretty well stocked, however there was only 1 associate working the plumbing department. I had a list of items I needed (my water heater had erupted) in order to have the water heater replaced. Unfortunately it was a very long wait to get assistance, this was a Saturday morning when most people are getting any parts for DIY. Only 1 person in plumbing was a hardship for a lot of people waiting for help. They really need to schedule better had I not been in desperate need I would have gone elsewhere.

was looking for a special tool that a grandson wanted as a holiday gift, found it at this store, when I asked for help the person acted like i was a chore for them to get it, I bought the item knowing I may not find it elsewhere, disappointed in the treatment,

Yessi was a tremendous help. The only thing that was not fair was that I did buy 3 appliances but they were not all kitchen appliances, so I did not receive the 500$ off. All about the fine print I guess.

I have been to this store several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. A Staff member went out of her way to direct us to the right individual for window treatments. We were very thankful.

The staff in appliance center was very helpful to me in buying a replacement washing machine. Asked all the right questions to fit my needs. Iam a widowed man first time I had to do this. The staff was a great help. did not try to oversell just got me the right machine for what I needed.

You are paying for the MILITARY and other discounts. Shop elsewhere and stop supporting these crooked companies that throw money at people that make more than 90% of the people in FL.

We bought a washer at Home Depot with the assistance of Sonja Garland who proved to be very knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and made the appropriate recommendations with patience. We would definitely purchase from HD if she was in other departments.

Cashier Jessica went above and beyond in helping me apply for credit card. I was getting a little frustrated, but she stepped in and simplified the process. Great job !
