Unable to access items. Blocked by pallets and other bulk merchandise. Staff unfriendly. Won’t go back to this location.

I'd like to recommend my brother to come here in the family and friends to come. Shop at home, de pulled. They have all great items. That's wrong bathroom kitchen floors all good stuff here commercial at home depot

The Dream Team assisted me and made a wooden box so I could put the printer on top of it so I wouldn't have to keep bending

I was greeted before entry and after. I was offered assistance and asked if needed some help. This store has made a great impact in my shopping experience. I have had bad experiences in other locations where the employees were not as helpful, walk right by you and not inquire or care if one need any assistance, where some people were not aligned with company’s mission, some were rude and disrespectful and hardly can find help on the isles. However, this location did not model that- this location did the opposite. I appreciate that at least one location continues to carry on to the exceptional services we used to have back then.

The cashier was very accommodating. She made sure I had something to protect my car from the soil in the plants I bought getting everywhere in my car. Super helpful.

I rarely buy products online but within the past year had no choice and both times, while I could find the products elsewhere, I went to Home Depot in Seekonk, MA. The best part of both experiences was the chance to work with Melanie in Customer Service area. She is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in ordering and very helpful and placing the order online. She is my go to person as she makes a trip to Home Depot feel like going to a neighborhood hardware store where you are known and cared about. In general I find the staff at this Home Depot very pleasant and helpful. Most times I am able to find what I need and don't have questions but when I do the Home Depot team is there with answers and suggestions.

They always ask if I need help and they usually have everything in stock. There are closer Home Depot locations but I go to Seekonk because it the best location for what I need.

I ran in to pick up a couple of items with my daughter. A gentleman selling solar panels came up to us and started asking us questions. I told him that I wasn’t interested and he asked me why so I explained all of the reason’s why I wasn’t interested in putting solar panels on my home. For the next two minutes he just kept harassing me saying that his company was different and he understands and I kept politely saying that I’m not interested in putting solar panels on my home and if he did understand then he would stop trying to convince me. It was extremely uncalled for and made my seven year-old daughter feel uncomfortable because the guy wouldn’t take no for an answer and leave us alone. I would highly recommend if you’re going to have outside vendors trying to sell things to set up a table somewhere in the store where people who are interested can go to them for information rather than have them walk around and harass people who are 100% not interested.

I am a contractor and visit Home Depot ALL the time. I know good ones from bad ones. I have around 5-6 I go top. This store can be very unorganized and messy. This locations product selection is good, staff is average at best. Depending on what time you go there is a factor. This location is very busy. Over all I give them a 4.

I bought bathroom floor and wall tile and all the products needed for the project at the Seekonk store. It was well stocked and Paula was very knowledgeable and helpful. Two friendly and courteous young men put everything in my car for me. Great service and experience.

This is my go to Home Depot. Usually anything I need is there.

I was able to find something at that location. I couldn’t find out another store.

Ordered flooring online to be delivered to the store. When picking it up we realized it was the wrong item. The employee who helped us make an exchange was very helpful and courteous. She was able to complete all without issue

We needed assistance in the lumber dept. for a small project. Jay was awesome! He helped us find the right material and helped figure out the best way to cut it. He noticed some damage on one of the sheets and made sure we were aware of it, too. He then offered us a discount on the damaged sheet. As we were checking out, Jay happened to be walking by and double-checked with the cashier that the discount was applied. Thanks, Jay!

So happy I came to this location- staff was calm and friendly. I was assisted by Rob D, and his helped has saved me hours of running around. Thank you!!!!!! 🙏

Racially Discriminatory Cashier at Self Checkout 2615 00061 29837 3/20/24 @ 12:54PM. Will not return. I've never cried in public before from embarrassment until today.

Austin was very helpful and kind at check out. Taking care to be sure whether I needed any help with getting my items to my car.

We went to sign up for the military discount and Austin made it very easy.

The Employees are educated about their field of employment at Home Depot. They go above and beyond to provide Excellent Customer Service!!

I BOUGHT MY TOOLS THERE AND THEY WORK EXCELLENT

I paid for a bathtub and was going to pick it up the next. When I went the next day, they tried to give me a tub that was marked/knicked. It definitely was NOT the tub I purchased the day before. They had given my tub away and didn't not have another one. I had to repurchase another, more expensive tub and the manager, Bradley, had no answers for me. Not happy with this store.

Even though we have moved out of the area we go out of our way to shop at this store.

I bought a Toro cordless weed wacker and leaf blower. It's great light powerful and priced right.
