Jose in the lumber department was so incredibly helpful. He didnt bat an eyelash when i asked him a million and one questions. He assisted in cutting all of the wood I needed, and remained kind and courteous through the entire ordeal. Home Depot is so lucky to have him. The wood was easy to find and the aisles spotless.

The store was clean and I was able to locate my items.

Associates knew what I was looking for and were very helpful. Items were easily accessible and in stock. Check out was quick.

I only needed one item. It was where I expected. It was reasonably priced. I browsed while I was there. However, the "storage" section that I wanted to look over was blocked by a variety of large items such as snowblowers and grills. So, I headed for the checkout.

Store associate found a tiny part to fit my toilet paper holder. I went to Home Depot doubting if there even was such a part. Good job.

The store has the electrical products I need in easy to find bins. The area is always maintained and stocked. Sometimes the wire mold area is lacking and should be replenished Overall it is a good contractor store..

I needed help finding a particular item that I saw on line and the associate looked it up for me, made sue it was in stock, and directed me to the correct aisle.

My mother bought me a huskey tool box for my birthday. I was very excited until I open my first box both units were completely damagaed so I return it and got a whole new tool box opened it up and again damaged so I was already upset me and my Co work opened 2 more tool boxes in the store and they were again completely damaged. Pretty much I never got asked if I wanted to speak to a store manager the sales associate pretty much do you want the damaged one or your money back mind you we opened 4 total.

I had an issue with an on-line purchase and the associates and managers at this store were excellent resolving the issue. Home Depot pulled through in resolving my issue. Great store.
