Let me tell why #8529 Selma, CA is 5 stars in my opinion. I shop quite a lot at HD for work, however today was the first time I embarked on a journey to paint walls on my office restroom, which means my knowledge is very limited, but when I got to the store an Employee name Brandon who work on the paint section helped me to pick the right products and what a great experience that was, I thought to myself before heading in, I will just get a grab and go gallon of paint, a brush and I am done, then I realized oh no, there is so much more to it. Brandon is clearly a very knowledgeable person when it comes to paint so having his assistance was crucial, he is friendly, patient with dumb questions and does his best to make sure my satisfaction was priority. Meanwhile he was also helping other customers and mixing paint. I had the pleasure to meet Angelica, the store manager, which is one of the sweetest managers I had ever met, I am sure that is why people like Brandon work there. keep it up HD Selma, I don't mind the drive if this is the service I will get when I am at your location. Thank you Both for making a simple shopping experience remarkable.

As we walked we saw an employee name tag said elizabeth and ask if she would be so kind to help find what we needed.she gave us a dirty look we waited for her and ask if she could show us where it was she rudely sighed and pointed to isle 14 and said it was down there and walk away I have never been teated so rudely in home depot. I feel that I should be contacted or be mailed a gift card or somthing but most likely I'll never here back from the store manager and will probably see the same employee doing the same thing.

Sales associate was very helpful. He even went as far as taking the item out of the box to show me exactly how it worked.

This store is extremely clean. They display clearance items in the main walkways to attract customers. Usually I have to find someone to help me, when an employee approaches me there attitude is better then one I have to ask for help. Since they WANT to help me. I have been to home depot stores where I been asked 5 times and greeted by wondering employees for assistance on that one visit alone.

I have used Home Depot for many years and feel that the employees at this store are of high caliber and appreciate the customers who go there. They go out of there way to assist you or will find someone who can. I do not mind driving out of my way to go here, even though you are not the closest Home Depot to me...

Out of stock issue resolved by 2 Supervisors...Angie and Augie; very satisfied with outcome. Will continue to shop Home Depot because of my local customer friendly employees and HD customer service policies. HD should be extremely proud of Angie and Augie for the value they bring to the company. There was no hesitation in assessing the issue and coming up with an acceptable solution. I needed paint and of course I'm a girl and had no idea what exactly I need for my sons room. Thank god the employees at Home Depot are trained and know what they are talking about they were able to help me pick the most Convenient paint for my sons room.
