Perfect in & out for simple needs.

We have always found the store easy to navigate, clean, friendly.

Usually out of stock on the basic items needed while doing a simple remodel job. Better off going to another one instead of rolling the dice and gambling if they have the stock or not.

I would just like to say that the Home Depot in Seminole is the only Home Depot we go for our home improvement needs. We have lived in Florida for 15 years and have remodeled and bought homes and condos for rental for years.

Hi an employee name Yeimi help me with a order to ensure that I could get it shipped to my address. She called twice to make sure I wouldn't stress and worry about trivial 2 hours to pick up my purchase. She was also very professional, friendly and generous talking to the customer. She a prime example how everyone working there not only does the job Excellent but cares about the customers as well!! Thanks again for everything!!

NO MILITARY DISCOUNT ON APPLIANCES.. Was barely able to purchase appliances for a refurbish home, and after taking over 1 hour to find any, And during the pay process the associate informed me that, “Oh by the way, HOME DEPOT HAS STOPPED MILITARY DISCOUNT ON APPLIANCES”. They allow military discount on everything else, but all of the sudden not on appliances.. would be nice to know before jumping through hoops an hour or longer to see if you could even get any.

This store is close and now that everyone in the store is wearing a mask I feel safe going in to shop.

Cathy in Garden Department was DELIGHTFUL! This was the first time I'd gone INTO a store in almost five months, and Cathy made it a lovely experience. I had some (non-scannable) cinder blocks in addition to garden supplies, and she didn't hesitate to quickly obtain the correct info. She has a great smile, and a winning personality!!

Ed from PRO desk is very helpful, we shop at this store just because of him. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and he will explain everything to us.

I went to this store to get some lumber and have it cut. I had to have 2 different employees call for someone to assist me in the lumber section. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting and no employee showing up I informed a cashier that I wanted to see the Manager. A few minutes later an employee hands me a store cellphone, when I asked why he was giving me a cellphone he said it was the Manager. When I got on the phone the person identified himself as Tim the store Manager and asked how he could help me. I told him the situation, how no employee has shown up to help me, then I asked Tim the Manager why he couldn’t come to me and discuss this in person? Tim informed me he was “ IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS LUNCH” and the person assigned to lumber had called in sick. Tim eventually arrived but appeared to be somewhat put out, I guess because I disrupted his lunch. Tim finally helped me with my request and I payed and departed the store. At first I was just going to let this go, maybe Tim was having a bad day, but it is really bothering me that these big chain stores do not put the customer first. Tim the Manager should have never mentioned his lunch, he should have immediately come out to my location or even have another employee come and help me. I am so very disappointed in Home Depot. Is this how they are training the Managers now, that their lunch comes before the customer? Unbelievable. I know nothing will be done with this situation but I had to get it off my chest.

The store is top notch! Great people always ready to help. Organized traffic flow, with staff assisting to monitor safe distancing, during co-vid-19. If you have a question on a tool or a project, you can trust the info received. And when someone doesn’t know they’ll get someone who does. Check out was fast. No long wait to like at other stores. Thanks Home Depot for being there!

I love my Home Depot, it's close to where I live. The employees are great, helpful, answer questions, take you to where you need to be.

Manager was very rude and unkind. To the point of badgering and causing emotional stress

This particular Home Depot gets 5+ stars on account of associates like Derek in appliances. Calling into the store I was greeted by Christine who is a very pleasant and knowledgeable. Marc assisted me in loading up the freezer. The associates at this Home Depot remind me of my service with the USMC. Teamwork is key. I would highly recommend this store and I am confident that those who shop there will have a similar experience. In conclusion, I would just like to say that Derek in appliances sets the standard that all employees should strive to achieve!

Be careful of the self check out. I did not receive my proper change. It was not a large amount and others were waiting to use the self check out but correct change should never be an issue.

I was in the store several times during the Covid 19 issue. Home Depot had things totally in place for the safety of all. Six foot marks for the checkout lane, masks, sanitizer available to use. The employees from the paint department helped me a great deal..... esp Chris, helpful and so pleasant! Always a good experience!
