The store was neat and we found it easy to find the items we were looking for. Also the check out was fast - no waiting in a long line.

The plumbing dept. at Ridge Rd. is excellent. I take care of a few rentals in Buffalo and I am becoming a decent plumber thanks in part to Rick and Santa Claus at this store. They are very competent, friendly and ready to give helpful hints on how to do things and what you'll need. Yesterday, Rick was my hero. Thanks to them and to all of you.

I purchased a toilet. Great display and thanks to your knowledgeable sales associate I was able to make a purchase. He answered all my questions and therefore, I had peace of mind in the choice I made.

I was in the store to purchase a lawn mower that I'd seen on HomeDepot.com. Dave S came right over and offered to help me. He answered questions on the mower, and helped me load it onto a cart. Checkout was quick and easy, and two associates loaded the mower into my car.

Great store. The associates are very helpful & able. Picking up an online order is a breeze too!!

Store was dirty, very messy, aisles clogged with products waiting to be put on shelves, few large carts available because they were full of products also waiting waiting to be put on shelves. One product I tried to purchase would not scan. I had to go get SKU# from shelf and bring to cashier.

Dave was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about what equipment I needed. He made sure it wasn't to small to do the job , and I wasn't renting more than I needed. Dave gave me a couple different options to go with and did not pressure me into something that I didn't need. Dave deserves a raise!! I won't go anywhere else to rent equipment!

Associates need traning not trained in customer service

I needed a few different things items and all of the associates that helped me seemed more than happy to assist me. They were knowledgeable and offered even better suggestions to my problems! Thank you for making my day in stressful!!!

We love walking around this Home Depot and often get ideas for new home improvement projects.

Look it is a very good store. And if you get there as soon as they open you can really get some great plant selections.

I shop at this Home Depot on a regular basis, I know many of the workers by name and they know me. Regardless of whether we know each other the service is always great. Keep up the good work.

Upon entering the store, I was approached almost immediately by Jason, asking if I needed help. I was there to buy a smoker that I had previously researched but was not sure if it was in-store. Jason helped me find the exact unit I wanted (hurray)! He also helped me find all the accessories I was looking for. Judy at the Customer Service desk was also very helpful and friendly, and helped me order the smoker cover I wanted that was not in stock. She also cashed out the rest of my items. Another very friendly associate, I did not get his name, helped me load my items and 6 bags of mulch into my vehicle. Overall a great store experience!

todd waited on me in the floor dept. he was so helpful and really cared that i not only got the right flooring but i was truly happy. he was a pleasure after shopping all day, to find someone who cared

I visit Home Depot for almost all my outdoor, hardware, paint, lumber, electrical, home repair, etc. needs. The West Seneca store has always been very helpful, clean, and has had the products that do the job. As a first time buyer of a riding mower, (Cub Cadet 42 Inch), I found the store associates both helpful and knowledgeable about what I required, especially Matt in the Lawn Care Department. Thank you for being one of the best stores in the area.

Hands down, this store has the best associates. They're always friendly and willing to help you find something. I have had outstanding service every time I have shopped at this store. This store has everything I need in stock, aisles are clean and clear, and I never get lost without someone asking me if I need help.

My son and I went to Home Depot in West Seneca, to purchase a John Deere D125 with the free cart promotion. Due to IT problems with the register, we experienced difficulty with the transaction and had to return a few days later to purchase. Lara, Sammy, and assistant manager Larry went beyond our expectations in taking care of us as customers. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. I am now a proud owner of a John Deere riding lawn mower and cart! No more push mower!

I shop at several Home Depot locations. I find Scarleth the cashier at the Ridge Rod to be the best!

Every few years, my Wife and I have this urge to refresh the inside of the house with a fresh coat of paint. I have a favorite person that I go to at the West Seneca, NY Home Depot and her name his Ruth. This Woman is awesome ! She is very knowledgeable about colors and painting. She always brings something to the project of value that we overlooked. Thank you for having and retaining this type of talent to allow us to complete these types of projects.

My opinion is that not all Home Depots are alike. The guys at the Ridge Rd. tool rental department were very helpful and pleasant. They were knowledgable about the equipment I was renting and helped load and unload with little or no wait. They even went above and beyond. I asked about the ramps they used to load my rental and they took the time to show me a few ramps for sale on the Home Depot website. As an employer, I would want these guys working for me.

The store associate came up to me right away and answered any questions I had about the lawn tractor. He also advised me of things to do to keep my tractor in good running condition. It made it very easy for me to make my decision.

I worked with Jim in Lawn and Garden. I walked in knowing what I wanted and Jim only helped me to confirm that I was getting the best product for my dollar. Jim was easy to talk to and very knowledgable about his area of work. Great job by all members of the West Seneca Home Depot staff!

When I came into the Home Depot I needed to order our customer countertops and at the same time get the correct shade of paint for our bathroom. Ruth, the paint specialist, helped me put it all together. She was very knowledgeable and knew her color combinations. It was a great experience.

This was actually an online purchase [am rather 'new' to 'cyber buying'] that was to be picked up at the store. After my having placed the order,etc., I needed to cancel within the following few hours. Began the procedure online and then found that I could call Customer Service directly at the store. Judy @ the Service Desk answered my call immediately, was extremely kind at explaining all this that was a new buying experience, and was very personable. She said she would send out my refund paperwork in the mail and it arrived way promptly! I've never participated in any sort of surveys in the past, but felt that such a capable and caring Customer Service Rep should be acknowledged!

The store is much improved in the last 10 years or so. Was very pleased with the help in finding garden bulb food. Young man was very helpful & friendly--He was a great customer sevice person.
