I had a tedious task for a flooring associate today and Mike M. stepped up to the plate and took care of me in a very timely and efficient manner . . this store has a lot of smart and seasoned employees and is also very clean and easy to shop . . I go out of my way to shop at this store as I am rehabilitating a hundred year old house and am in there all the time . . Larry H. is one of the stores managers and has helped me too many times to count . . with every kind of issue you can imagine . . He literally knows everything! Definitely shop here.

I shop at this store even though there is one closer to where I live. The associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They display genuine care about the customer. This store could serve as a model for all Home Depot stores.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their inventory. Always willing to help whenever i have a question.

I wish I could select zero star for this location. This location has worst customer service I have ever seen. The reasons for not accepting returns is very absurd.

Everyone beware. They steal your money when you return an item. Before you leave the customer desk, make sure to check your return receipt and see if all item that you returned have been listed. Especially if you return a bunch of items at the same time.

Great store to shop at - large inventory in every department and helpful employees.

This is by far the best Home Depot I have ever gone to! Always in stock on what I need ,great clearance items , also the tool rental always has what I need to repair my properties.

customer service is rude .when you ask for help its either they blow you off or they pass you off. . we are remodeling our home and spend alot of money everytime we go there. i just cant figure out the rudeness.

Appliance delivery was delayed, purchased 5 year warranty, told associate unhappy with washer performance. Told we have buyers remorse!! Unacceptable!!

Very experienced people in all areas especially in plumbing ,electrical and paint departments.

Rented a LFT tile saw. Spent a day trying to get it square. Returned the saw the next day and the explained the situation. The staff was very understanding and caring. Gave me a full refund. If I ever need to rent something else, will rent it from HD but verify it works as soon as I get it home.

I purchased a rather large order of lumber. Steve asked me if I needed help loading my truck and although I told him that I would be okay he jumped right in and helped me load my whole order onto my truck. I was out of there in 10 minutes instead of 30 minutes.

Everyone is so polite helpful and friendly . Al and Kevin are amazing employee.
