I have shopped here for 2 years for projects as small as spray painting chairs, up to building small homes. This store is always well stocked and the employees have always been helpful and kind.

Jay helped us with multiple questions from various departments and even escorted us to another department. There he helped us find a pro staff to answer questions and made sure we were take care of before leaving. VERY HELPFUL, thank you Jay!!

Never again will I go to this location

I have bought numerous thing from this store and if I ever have to return anything, I can do it with ease.

I would rate the Sherman, Texas as an A++ store.

I was able to get in and out with items needed to complete my job for the day.

I purchased several needed items for my new house in Denison (moving in), I was able to find help in every department I visited - it was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and happy to assist!

This store is amazing! The store manager Ron really loves this place, his employees, and the customers! I could go on and on about the wonderful people who work here. Carl is always happy and singing. Bonnie is always keeping things working smooth up front. LC is always helping anyone and everyone. Lisa is crazy awesome! Karen knows everything! Makina and Shaila are always on point. Ray will help in any department he is in. Mark in tools can fix anything! Overall, everyone is great here and the store is neat and clean!

Marilyn was very helpful with an item that did not have a bar code.

Compared to other hardware stores which are located less then a mile away, this homedepot has.way better customer service which really makes a difference for me. When I can walk in and be greeted and assisted immediately with out having to try and hunt someone down, that will earn my business every time.

Seriously.. over half of the self checkouts are always closed.. the ones that are open the card readers don’t work.. All the customers pile around in a mob trying to figure out where the checkout line is.. so many people cut in line because of this.. I just drop my items and walk out without purchasing anything..

She was amazing and fast at getting us checked out and our delivery set up. Even explained clear and in detail the warranty options! I can’t remember her name but she had an apron with a lot of pins from what I remember.

If you need a new refrigerator go see Patty! She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I took a while to decide on what fridge I wanted and Patty never made me feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of her time. I never write reviews, but Patty needs to be acknowledge for her wonderful personality and her customer service.

This location always is attentive and gives good customer service, asking if you need assistance or have questions.

I shop at several HD all over Texas this one is the friendliest one I deal with.

You think "Good people are hard to find?" Not at the Sherman TX HD! The products I bought today (really whenever I shop at HD) are a very good quality at a very fair price. Really it's the STAFF! made up of just....good people! Respectful, knowledgeable, helpful with a smile. SOLD! Thank You

Helpful people and friendly. Some will ask what you are doing or looking for and even give helpful information, I really appreciate and enjoy going here.

Where are the paid helpers? I have to walk up to the front of the store to have someone paged to the department when I need assistance in. Aren't workers suppose to be on the floor? Maybe you need more workers? The lumber aisles are often cluttered. It is a dodge game walking around inventory or items left in the aisles. This borders on a safety issue.

A gentleman helped move a ton of wood out back to get to the Item I needed & I appreciate his efforts to get the product I came for.

We went in today to buy multiple appliances. The gentleman in the appliance department was older, but a former appliance store owner and very knowledgeable. Reasonable prices and everything explained up front.

I am in this Hope Depot about 3 times a month, at least. I always enjoy coming here. The employees are helpful, and the store is kept together well.
