I ENJOY GOING TO THIS STORE

There's been a big improvement with the floor associates and makes me want to return to shop here

Stopped in for some custom blinds and was really impressed by the customer service I received from Grace. I've had blinds cut in a few different HD stores but no one has come close to the friendliness and helpfulness that Grace displayed. I left the store with everything I came for and was able to finish my project easily with my perfectly cut blinds thanks to Grace.

Pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices plus courteous employees. Helpful clean and able to answer questions readily.

I enjoy going to this Home Depot, its always clean, there's always someone there to help you find what you need there always friendly. Today I went in to pick up a few bags of soil and as I reached to pick the bags up, before I could get it out of the cart to scan the cashier was right there with a scanner and scanned the bags for me. It was a big help for me because I was just at the hospital for pulling something in my back. The cashier didn't know but it was a great help to me. Every time I go into this store there's always someone there to help. Five stars every time I go there!

Honestly, these employees are really helpful. Its really pleasant to go into a place and not to feel like your questions are bothering the employees. Ive had water damage to my home and have spent thousands in materials at Home Depot in the past two months on countless trips. The employees should be commended on being very helpful and down to earth. It really seems like there is a genuine pride in their work. I wouldn't have bothered writing this review unless I was that impressed as of late.

nice store has most of the items on my list...not the biggest home depot compared to Riverhead but still a great local HD. Anyway, try to find Ronnie in and around the tools section to ask a question. I had a list of items and he rattled off every isle I needed to go and assisted me to the first isle. Every isle he told me had the item I was looking for. This was the best experience to date shopping at Home Depot.

Every time I'm in the store the employers are very helpful, I purchased my carpet from this store and would always recommend this store to family and friends, already have and my friend was very satisfied also. Thank you very much! Yours truly

Your plumbing salesperson Mike is probably one of the most knowledgeable person in his dept. He doesn't know me , but has helped me on many an occasion. I specifically look for him when I go to the plumbing dept. I have actually gone to the Shirley store to pick his brain on occasion. Being a retired tradesperson myself, it's a pleasure speaking to someone who actually has knowledge of the dept he is specifically placed. My other review would be of your veterans policy. A veterans discount should always be offered to ALL veterans .Thankfully I was never disabled and I have been out of the service for many years. But I have a verified Suffolk County veterans id . Meaning I was honorably discharged but never needed the va ( because I was covered by my union for 34 years. ) Still, A VETERAN IS ALWAYS A VETERAN. even when shopping at Home Depot !

The employees here are excellent. They are friendly and very helpful.

Associates very helpful and products easy to find. It was early morning and there were numerous pallets, etc. in the process of being packed onto shelves. Steve in door dept. went above and beyond anything that I expected. He had a great attitude and is exactly what Home Depot needs to bring shoppers back again & again. If Steve worked for me; I would make sure he got a raise.

Really a great store ! The Staff is always helpful and eager to assist customer's. Stock is plentiful and the store is well organized and clean. Every time I visit looking for one thing I end up purchasing more than I intended because of the low prices of other items. Definitely my Go To Store for most things.

Clean, very well supplied, friendly staff, quick check out, quality products, reasonable prices, incredible specials, plenty of parking, easy to get there... what else can you ask for?

I guess that i have to write about how good this store is. It is a waste of time. All the customer has to do go there and they will find out that this Home Depot is the best there is. That is all i have to say.

TODAY STORE WAS STOCKED WAITED 4 DAYS TO GET ROTO BITS.I OWEN A DTYWALL BUSINESS AND USE THEM ALOT.BOUGHT 4 BOXES.HOPE THE LAST TWO IS NOT ALL THE HAVE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS

THE STORE DID NOT HAVE ANY 3 FOOT LADDERS IN STOCK. AND THE SELF CHECK OUT REGISTER WAS SLOW IN REGISTERING THE SCANNED ITEMS AND DUPLICATED AN ITEM ON ITS OWN... THEN I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE ASSOCIATE TO FINISH WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR A LITTLE WHILE BEFORE I COULD PROCESS. AS YOUR SELF CHECK OUT DOES NOT HAVE A VOID OPTION AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE THE VISIT WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE MISHAPS WILL NOT DETER ME FROM GOING BACK TO THE STORE.
