Flooring is very goood
I bought lifeproof flooring for my house 3 years ago my dogs are rough on it but is looking great despite all three running sliding bringing mud in love it

        Lousy rental department
        The store in general is very helpful. However, the rental department is incompetent. As I mentioned previously, I lost a 50.00 dollar perk and was charged full price for unmaintained equipment.

          Poor management
          I spent over an hour at Show Low Home Depot just to purchase a fence gate. The employees were incompetent and would rather be on their phones than do their job! Unfortunately the supervisors are even more rude and complacent! Wish I had walked away and not spent hundreds of dollars there!

              Unexpected Great Service
              When I decided to go to the Home Depot in Showlow, I figured I'd just go in, grab what I needed, and get out. But I was greeted by a tall fellow who knew how to offer his assistance without being overly intrusive. He helped me find and load everything I was going to need to do my job, and explained how the remaining items would be loaded in my truck as he took everything up to the cashier for me. I was having issues with the Home Depot application on my phone and the cashier helped me get everything straightened out all in good time. Other stores could really learn a lot from the folks at this store if they want their customers to keep returning. Because y'all really know how to manage yourselves when it comes to customer service.

                Best Home Depot I have visited in 40 years
                Best service I ever received. John W. in lumber was an amazing help. I am moving from San Diego CA. To New Mexico. In San Diego I had 7 Home Depot stores within 15 minutes of my house, and have been to all of them. I had to drive for 3 hours to get to the Home Depot in Show Low AZ. It was well worth the drive. Friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met.

                    Very helpful employees
                    On thing I've noticed about Home Depots in general and the Show Low Home Depot in particular is that the employees are much more helpful than in the past when it was hard to find anyone to help you. Now they approach you without you asking and look stuff up for you on their device and direct you to the correct area and/or let you know if they have a particular item in stock. It is really appreciated and really save me time and frustration. Thank you!

                        The Epitome of What Quality Service Should Be
                        I needed to get a lot of product at Home Depot for several massive projects I've been working on. I was there for over five hours and EVERYONE that I dealt with was very ready, willing and able to help me get the necessary product acquired. They also helped me troubleshoot and think outside of the box on how to make repairs that are needed. Some products not available at the store I was able to easily get them ordered and scheduled for delivery with the Service Desk cadre. It was close to closing when I finally finished. Because of all the product I purchased, an associate came out to help me load my trailer, but not only that, the assistant store manager came out and lended a hand as well. Day in, day out, Home Depot #0411 is the epitome of quality service whether on the floor, in the departments, at the service desk, associates just passing by you, or out in the parking lot. Home Depot #0411 is at the top of all the best Home Depots and are the example that other stores would do well to match.

                            Phone order waste of time.
                            Tried to order over phone and had very bad results. Talked to 3 different people and had 3 different excuses why they couldn't order. Had to drive 60 miles to order In person with instant results. I don't get it.

                                Terrible process, start to finish.
                                Avoid any special orders unless you want to be let down by the entire staff. Starting with being told during the initial order process that the type of window and door we were seeking isn't possible, we were led astray to "comparable" options. After the order, we learned from conversations with the manufactuer that what we had wanted originally was in fact possible and avaialble which further highlights this store's shortcomings. After manufacturing delays and receiving the door weeks after the scheduled date, the door arrived severely undersized and they attempted to shift blame. Don't fall for their titles of "specialists" as they are far from it. Management did a terrible job of providing a timely resolution, from all levels of store management all the way to corporate. They didn't meet any of their callback by dates or times. After nearly a month of dealing with their incompetencies the best they could do was a 50% restocking credit. Extremely disappointed with the entire process.

                                    fixed my issues right away!
                                    I bought carpeting for my house from the Show Low home depot, got the house measured (very easy and within 4 days of my purchase). An eagle-eyed employee (Daniel) saw that particular color was no longer offered and left me a message to that effect. Since I wanted it to be installed before Christmas I was in a bit of a time crunch. I hurried to the store, picked a new color and with the help of Aileen, Jim, super nice measurer Anthony, Asst Manager Clinton (plus a nice woman with long dark hair), IT snafus were taken care of and extra charges were waved, so Merry Christmas to me! Excellent staff who were all about making my carpet anxiety go away.

                                          Great Customer Service
                                          Although my Roadie driver was a jerk and decided to not bring me my order so I had to drive to the store to pick up my order, my local Home Depot made everything right and provided EXCELLENT Customer Service. Lelani from the customer service counter was a joy to work with and made my experience a good one to remember.

I would like to give a shout out to Angela, who went out of her way to look for an item we wanted to purchase only to find out the floor model was the only one in stock.

                                              Pro desk not responding
                                              I bought $800 worth of items through the pro desk. The process charge me for items I did not receive. I called the store talk to customer service who could not give me credit for items. Kept on transferring me to pro desk who never answered the phone. Left a message, but I never received a call back from the pro desk.

                                                          Getting quality help is a 50/50 chance at best. Some employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Other employees give you an unacceptable answer just to get rid of you. I'm sorry I took your time. And some don't have an answer, but do try to get someone knowledgeable to help. Employees that don't really try to help need more training or let go.
