Called Shreveport store, Assistant went right to work found what I was looking for, helped on getting product ordered. It hasn’t come in yet but thankful for his help. Great experience.

Everything you need is at this location friendly informative staff

This is the second time we've had this kind of experience at this store. Although this Home Depot is more conveniently located, I will go out of my way to shop at their competitors in the future.

I had a plumbing problem that I had no solution for. The person who assisted me had two great solutions. He, also, was very patient with this 86 yr old man. Second, I do not self-checkout and the clerk was very glad to check me out.

If you have the opportunity to go to a different HD I would recommend doing so. I unfortunately shop here semi-regularly and rarely if ever get help loading my vehicle, nobody is willing or knowledgeable to answer questions in the isles and the cashiers need some serious training on customer service. Ignoring your customers while chatting incessantly about your hair to another coworker while there is a line to check out is NOT ok.

I arrived during opening hours but the garden center door to enter from the parking lot was still closed. The store had been open for a while . I had to go into the main entrance and walk through half of the store just to get to the potting soil. There were a couple of men in there working on the flowers. I had to load the potting soil into my cart and then go all the way back into the store and self checkout! It was very inconvenient for my schedule. Why have a door to the garden center if it is going to be closed?!

Sold me a washer that was damaged when I took off all the packaging the washer was dented and banged up clearly some one at that store decided to put it in stock and sell it to someone flooded my utility room. would never buy from Home Depot again

The store is neat & tidy. Employees are friendly. Shelves are stocked.

I always shop Homedepot, my only wish would be instead of throwing plants away that are still viable maybe mark them down or offer them to community gardens yo help others. Otherwise I like the employees here, wish there was a person available for heavy lifting other than the cashier! The cashier Mr Joseph is always kind and helpful but can’t always leave to help load things, plus the reason I need help is do to old age and Mr Joseph is my age. Also your delivery people are always good too!

There is a cashier that works at the Pro register, she is awesome. She keeps me laughing reguardless of how my day is going. There is another young lady that works at the order/return desk is a big help while ordering tools. I will have to get their names next time.

Didn't feel welcome this employee needs to have more respect for the customer

They understood exactly what we were asking for and gave us immediate help

We came to Home Depot over the weekend and found a sales person named Sharonda that went out of her way to help us. The computer program wouldn't complete the transaction and she took our number to contact us back when she would be at work the following Tuesday. She contacted the company and had everything ready when we arrived to complete the purchase. Two Thumbs up!

Employees are helpful and always make you feel welcome. Several of the employees have been working at this location for several years and I see them on a regular basis. Has a family feel to the store.

Home Depot may be big but it’s my certain friends who make it great. Lamar & Daphne & Jerry & a couple others Trey me like best friends. It means everything that they care ! I seek them out whether or need their help or not.

It makes me sad to go to this store because the manager and most of the people that work here or DEI employees

I own a real estate company and had to get supplies for a rental property. Roosevelt was quick to help me find everything I needed and helped me load the supplies. He’s an amazing asset to Home Depot.

Not so friendly staff, and understaffed. Young associates have no couth in terms of customer service, manners or being polite.

I needed liquid drain opener/un-clogger, so I stopped in and knew right where to go, picked it off the shelf, and proceeded to self-checkout where I was greeted by a very friendly employee, checked out and was finished all within about 5 minutes or less, start to finish. Easy Peazy.

Dina was very helpful in making my flooring choice. She didn't get inpatient with me for changing my mind on what I wanted. She was a joy to have as my helper.

The manager on duty went over and above in order to assist me purchase QEP tile spacers. I love this Home Depot.

This Home Depot has always been the cleanest store to me and I don't feel like I'm bothering anyone when I need help. We need more stores like Home Depot.

This store used to be great. For many years, I loved going in this store but it has changed. Now, attempting to take a trailer to this store is a miserable experience. This is largely due to the trailers that have been parked in front of the contractor sales, thus I go elsewhere for large orders. Secondly, the store has hired a lot of subpar employees. Great employees have told me that they are having hours cut, increased issues with management, and part-timers that no little to nothing about the products. They have only confirmed what is glaringly obvious about this store. Further, there is so much junk in the aisles that it is increasingly difficult to move around. Summary: difficult to park on contractor end (stupid issue to create), increasingly poor employees, reduced number of employees to help, and to much stuff in the aisles

Hard to find accurate prices. Management has no procedures in place for merchandise not priced. At least the 4 employees were unaware of any, everyone said it was not their job. Suggestion - masking tape and sharpie = instant solution.
