Clean and great customer service

Customer service was awesome!

Very appreciative of the help that is always provided at 1124. I thank Shun, Logan, Morgan and the new ones that have arrived in giving me a happy smile and greeting. At times new products have arrived and they have pointed these out to me, such as the Caulk Paint to use on cabinets. These things give me new ideas that can be used to help my customers.

This store is always neat and clean. There is always someone close by to help if I have questions. I prefer Home Depot over all other stores that are similar to them. The employees are always kind and helpful. So thankful we have a Home Depot in our area.

This store will not be around much longer. It is difficult to find anyone to help you find items. It is not clean nor well organized. This store also does not give veterans discounts. On a recent trip, there were no checkout lanes - only self serve checkouts. I HATE THESE SELF SERVE CHECKOUTS! I will not be returning to any Home Depots!

No one is the garden center. Remaining accessible bags of topsoil were torn and two pallets of product on top rack and there was no one to be found. Then, like most other HDs, you have to push your load of product across the store to get to a checkout and then find one where there is an actual cashier when there is not a forklift making its way through the aisle - the perfect Home Depot storm when you are in a hurry!

Some of us have real commitments to maintain. Children and elderly is all to be found here. Pricing is way high. And always the "home depot surprise" of missing parts. It's a clean store.

Home Depot is the best place to shop for all of your everyday home appliance needs.

From entry to exit this store has the friendliest and most helpful employees. Products are easy to find, and a knowledgeable associate is happy to assist with any questions. The employees take the time to walk with you to the items needed. They don't just point you in the general direction. They go the extra mile!!!!

Very helpful associates especially Gail in the Appliances area - could not be more pleased with her professionalism and care. Overall the store is stocked, clean, and every associate was available and ready to assist when approached....thanks!

My husband and I are not "handy" but we needed to replace our water heater and we were on a budget. Ian (employee at store) explained everything we needed to do and was very patient and helpful. We were able to do the job on our own but without Ian's encouragement and explanations would probably have been without hot water for a while. Some of the best customer service I have had in a while.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I received excellent customer service and that is rare these days. This is not the closest store to me but I will be back.

Simpsonville Home Depot is the best ! If you don't find what you need, just ask one of their employees, you see them all about the store eager to stop what they are doing. OTHER places you have to hunt someone down and then they seem in a bad mood. Simpsonville Home Depot Employees have always been there to help me if I need it, and usually someone asks , even when I don't.

They had a lot of stock they were putting up setting in the aisles.

My dryer died! We went to Home Depot, found what I needed, it was on sale, found Steve and he took care of everything from there. Good experience, will go back. My favorite home improvement store.

Great Store..

Store very well stocked, and friendly

All the salespeople here genuinely seem to not only try to help, BUT WANT TO HELP. Everyone seems happy here! I stopped to ask several questions of an employee. He took the time to take me down several aisles to locate stuff and answer questions. . . He wanted to help. TURNS OUT IT WAS THE STORE MANAGER!!!. . . Steve in windows and doors not only spent hours helping me order some special doors and siding, but stayed after his shift to finish - even on his 10th Wedding Anniversary!! Not many like these kind of people!

people in this store want to sell you anything as long as they can get you out of their hair, its been my experience that their advice is 50% bull and 50% maybe right, but my experience kept me going back until I figured out for myself what I needed, I bought an American standard toilet and it weighed 90 lbs, but no help from store employees, a gentleman shopping at the store offered to help and I accepted
