My wife and I were shopping at the Home Depot last week and had the pleasure of being checked out by Mr. Carl. I am not sure I have ever met a more delightful person. He was helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and checked us out quickly. One very friendly man. He topped off our trip to Home Depot.

I ORDERED A ROUTER AND RECEIVED A CEILING FAN. I RETURNED IT AT THIS STORE. CYNDI HANDLED MY RETURN AND SHE WAS SUPER !

Have been buying mostly things for the yard specially for landscaping and for the most part is tidy and good shopping environment. Many times I notice many of various stones and blocks are defective, so its a lot of waste.

Had a good shopping experience today. I found all that I was looking for and checkout time was only about 3 minutes.

Forget about ANY assistance in building material or in loading. Employees more interested in themselves and not the customer

Purchased an LG range that was delivered and installed. 1week after purchase , (and 3 days after deliver) I approached store about a $200 price reduction asking for a refund. Total time lapsed was 1 week. I was refused the price difference refund because the item was an order ( defined as it was not sitting on the floor). Policy for this type of refund does not state any exceptions for special orders. I feel this is a very deceptive practice and basically told nothing could be done. Bad hidden loophole in favor of Home Depot.

Who's bright idea was it to block off the loading area for contractors? I'm pretty sure their main sales are from contractors!

My kids literally ask once or twice a week to go to the homey-depo. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Thank you Homey-Depo of Simpsonville!!

The customer service here is unmatched. They're always friendly, are able to answer my questions, and help me find what I need. The store is clean and well stocked. Check-out is always quick. I always have a good experience here.

Bought a mower and the self checkout attendant offered help load it in my vehicle before I even checked out.

THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE STORE. CAROLINE, A CASHIER DOWN NEXT TO THE CONTRACTOR AREA, IS THE BEST EVER. I HATE YOURS, AND ALL, SELF CHECK OUTS. IT IRRITATES ME THAT YOU GUYS ARE ONCE AGAIN BLOCKING OFF OUR CONTRACTOR COVERED PARKING AREA. YOU’VE DONE IT BEFORE, SO HAS LOWE’S, AND IT NEVER LASTS.

I am so happy to have a Home Depot close to my home. There are actually 3 stores close to me, but I consistently go to the Simpsonville, SC store. I like the feel and the layout of the store and employees are friendly.

Military appreciation is not so appreciative anymore. Exclusions limitations terms and no recourses when the system doesn't work. Apathetic employees day tell corporate, smh.

Jerks at the store. Veteran discount games and mumbling insults when you inquire. Pompous little jerks.
