I bought lumber twice this month at the Sixes Road location and both times had no trouble getting my wood cut and even got help loading into the car without asking! I've dealt with employees in lumber, flooring and lawn and garden this month and every employee has been knowledgeable about the products and how to use them in my various projects. Such a pleasure that now I'm planning even more building and renovation projects this summer:)

I love the Home Depot on Sixes Rd. Today Denise helped me find a bird feeder and bird seed to attract cardinals. I already installed it and I’m waiting for my first bird! Thanks, Denise!

I love home depot. They sometimes don't have what I need. But I will continue to shop there because more often than not they have what I need at good prices.

We were in the market for a new washing machine. Ann Marie met us right away and was very helpful in assisting us in the right washing machine. She is very knowledgeable and has been at the Sixes store for 9 years. I highly recommend purchasing your appliances from Home Depot.

The Home Depot on Sixes Rd in Holly Springs is my go to store. I love the layout of the store and it's always well stocked, organized and clean. The employees here are great and service desk is always efficient and friendly

This is my favorite Home Depot in Atlanta. The employees are always helpful and often go to extraordinary lengths to help me find specific items in the store.

I've been lucky enough to find that (one) employee who has a clue about my projects and gives excellent advice and assistance thou it doesn't mean i don't research before hand in case I need it.... Overall my experiences have been more positive then not.

Need to confirm online tools are the same as what's in it's place at the store. People blame computers for the mistakes made except that humans punch in the information on the computer.

This month we replaced all four appliances for our kitchen. Previously we visited the Woodstock Home Depot and were unable to get anyone to help us. Jose and Anne Marie at the Holly Springs location were patient, knowledgeable and kind as we made our decisions.if you need help with appliances I can’t recommend Anne Marie enough .

I find the associates at this store to be more attentive and helpful than it almost any other retailer I frequent. I was looking for a particular extension cord and the associate walked me to several different areas to find us what I was looking for. On another occasion, the young man at the paint department, when answering my and other customers questions, was impressively knowledgeable about the products and types of paints etc. I'm prevented from giving five stars as Home Depot in general has increased their prices so drastically over the past few years that I find myself feeling a little resentful as I often do at Publix another retailer that gouges their customers.

Last week I came in to purchase a blower, Milwaukee! Tamara took me to the garden aisle and we found what I was looking for. She then said let me look online and ended up finding one that was more powerful, with batteries and charger, and saved me money she was a great help for me and a benefit for the company!!

If you want to experience customer service like it should be go to the Home Depot in Holly Springs! Everyone you meet will greet you and insure you find what you came for.

While getting ready for company, my dryer quit! I had to get a new one, quickly, and without wasting any money. I looked on line at my Home Depot in Holly Springs and found exactly what I wanted...and it was on sale. In spite of bad weather, it was delivered quickly, and installed. In fact, from the time I heard their truck, until I finished signing paperwork, they were here 15 minutes! It was taken up a long sidewalk, some steps to porch, and carefully placed in laundry room! Everyone i spoke to was so capable and very kind! So glad for your excellent service!

Watch the advertised price v checkout price as they don't always match. Avoid self-checkout store card pushers who don't know when to take no for an answer (you would think three times would be sufficient).

SK was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the second time I've had good customer service at this location, but SK came over from Mill work to help me in appliances and it couldn't have been a better experience.

I was helped by Suella Braman in a recent purchase of a washing machine at the Sixes Road HD in Holly Springs, GA. She was quick, efficient and made sure I had no questions as we completed the sale and that I knew what to expect when the new washer is delivered. I gave her 12 of 10 stars!

... most of time even often they dodge customers to avoid them almost like ... are they afraid of customers? Yet had very good experience with one customer service associate behind counter. She came out and helped me find what I was seeking. Very pleasant and sweet.

I ask the counter person at the paint department where was the drop cloths and she took me right to them and I got the one I wanted. I don’t the young lady’s name but I will say she was very courteous and helpful. Top notch employee. Thanks for helping me.

This store is very conveniently located, less than 2 miles from my home. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Recently have dealt with Richard, Mary and Sharon and they are all aces. Treat you like a friend. Very good service.
