I have to save my overall experience at the store is always awesome.. The associates are always willing to help

The workers are good and caring people who are genuine and very helpful and knowledgable in remodeling ideas and products. I enjoy going there just to see their smiling faces!

Often times it seems that when an associate sees someone coming in their direction, they 'find' something "important" that needs to be done 'right now' somewhere else in the store and are gone before they can be engaged. This time, however, the associate noted that I was searching for a part to repair a toilet and offered suggestions - including some useful tips for the installation. And the checkout people are excellent. They deserve raises.

Store works much better with customers than the hwy 92 store #0116. Go here instead of 92 store.

I was so pleased to find my refrigerator filter for $10.00 less than the competor's price. It was easy to locate in the store. The employees are always friendly at the Canton store.

My wife and I LOVE this Home Depot! We actually come here with our kids sometimes just to walk around and day-dream on what we can do to our house to make better. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the neighborhood!

This store is new, so I expect it to be clean. The service at this store is great. There are several employees at this store that has great knowledge of home building supplies. Keep up the good work Home Depot!!

I love this store! I was painting a bathroom for a client and the paint was not mixed for the correct color by the store on 92. I called and spoke with Kendall Mann and she told me to bring the paint and they would handle the return for me and mix the correct color. I always use the Sixes store but had gone to the 92 store because it was closer to the job site. I trust these associates completely. They always go out of their way to get the job right.

Our sales associate was so knowledgeable with our appliance purchase and was able to provide all the applicable discounts, short cuts to installation (as we preferred to install ourselves) and warranty information so we could make a more informed decision.

Barbie was very helpful, cheerful and professional. An associate in lumber assisted me in loading my work bench on a cart. I cannot remember the lads name but he was great.

I have slways found my shopping experience at this store has always been enjoyable time. Everything is always organized and well stocked. Never disappointed.

This store has a great team of associates that are friendly and helpful. One suggestion I might make is they need more people in the paint department from time to time. The associates are so knowledgeable people keep them occupied for a long time asking them questions. But that's how good they are.

The excellent survey I just completed was based on this store. My handyman and I shop here a lot, and did so when we remodeled the house we downsized to. There are 3 stores within easy driving distance and this store is the closest. The associates all treat me with respect and most are able to provide the necessary technical expertise. Good place to shop, with no reservations.

We came to the Holly Springs Home Depot because it has a neighborhood-friendly feeling. We were looking for a refrigerator to replace the 15 year old one at our home. We were allowed 'space' to looks at and check out all the models on the floor so that we could see all the nuts and bolts. When you buy an appliance that you will keep for quite a few years, you want to see 'everything' you can. Our sales person allowed us that space to see all the features and benefits of the refrigerators that appealed to us and fit our needs and space. We talked with sales person about what we were looking for and he answered all our questions. Although there is another Home Depot closer to where we live, we drive to this store because of the customer service.

There are 4 Home Depots I typically shop. They are the go-to place for many tool items we use in daily operations. Prices are always competitive and products easy to find but what's even better are employees who are accessible and friendly, and they know about the items they sell. The Canton- Holly Springs store is on my way to and from work and gets the lions share of our business. The other store is our weekend place in Hartwell, Ga. Fabulous crew and they have a drive through lumber yard! Pure genius!

This store is great if you have questions. Every associate I've ever encountered in this store is always willing to help, and if they can't, they will seek someone out that can. I highly recommend this store, and appreciate every one of the employees that have helped me!

I LUV shopping @ Home Depot but will be honest at times have had trouble getting an available associate. ADAM STROM is one of the best I've encountered at this location. Was very helpful, pleasant & made sure ge showed me exactly where the items I needed were located!!!
