I love the garden center at this location and everyone is always so friendly. They have the best cacti selection I’ve ever seen.

Shopped for 2 hours gathering trees, plants and other needs. HD employees sold my 2trees and restocked my items eating my entire morning and leaving me empty handed.

Your employee Quincy is a Master Colorist!!! I bought a front door in red from Home Depot over 10 years ago. The door has taken some licks and is beginning to chip but it's still a beautiful door. I took a picture of the door and showed it to Quincy, and he was able to match the color perfectly! He was assisting about 6 other customers simultaneously by himself. Everyone had good things to say about his great attitude while we all waited. He was very attentive and kind to everyone.

I went to the store to purchase fertilizer, saw the attached sign about a free offer with the very fertilizer I came in to buy, loaded it in my basket, and went to check out. There I was informed by someone who seemed to be in charge of the checkers that the sign was “wrong,” and that, if fact, someone had “tried to use it yesterday.” If Home Depot chooses not to honor their sales, then they should take down the signs! I won’t go there again!

I went in to buy cleaning supplies and shopped longer than I was planning on because of the clean and organized shelves. Every Home Depot should be like this Skillman store!

I was looking for a chair for my porch and Kelvin, Zach, and Mike absolutely blew it out of the water! I don’t know what I would have done without their help.

I love coming into this store. Everyone is happy and helpful. Especially Dee in the blinds section!

I needed to take a shelf off of a gas grill in order to fit the grill into my car. The staff was perplexed on my request. No one had the proper tools to assist me. They even let me walk over to the main building to purchase a wrench, which did not work. I finally asked them to hold the grill while I went home to grab my tool bag. Very disappointed with the lack of effort by the staff.

Store needs more experienced staff.

I was able to get all the tools for my window screen replacement project. The woman that helped me get the tools to do my project was knowledgeable and helpful.

Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Employees are actively trying to get out of doing their job, like checking you out so you can purchase your items. Even if an item is in stock, if it is in the rafters and needs to be pulled down you’re going to need to give them a good three business days before they take it down. Not only has corporate price gouging driven the cost of everything in the store up the quality is also significantly worse than even just a few years ago. Truly mind blowing

I purchased these items online. So the physical location was my dining room.

I bought a laser level. It had obviously been used and damaged. I'm pretty disappointed in the quality control. However, the employees were courteous.

The associates who come out and load the stuff are always very professional and courteous.

As A Long Time Customer: Would like to see more Knowledgeable-Information & Guidance Help, on the floor from more employee staffs & An increase in 'Variety' of Winter-Bedding-Flowers & Colors for Outdoors!

How many people work at Home Depot? About a third of them!

I was looking for a Ryobi string trimmer similar enough to the one I had (which had broken) so that I could continue to use the battery, battery charger, and line spools that I had purchased for the existing trimmer. I looked around the garden equipment aisle for maybe 10 minutes or more and never saw an associate. So, I walked around the store and found two young female associates walking down an adjacent aisle talking and laughing. I stopped them and told them that I needed help with a Ryobi string trimmer purchase...and could they find someone to assist me. I went back to where the string trimmers were...and waited 10+ minutes. No one showed up. Finally, I went to the cashier in the customer service department and told him that I needed an associate to answer a question about Ryobi string trimmers. I said that I was going to go back to that aisle, and if no one showed up within 5 minutes, I was going to walk out...never to return to that store ever again. Just before 5 minutes elapsed, an associate showed up who was somewhat helpful...although his product knowledge was lacking. I picked up the string trimmer and headed to the front of the store to check out. At the self-check kiosk, the scanner was not working, so I flagged down the customer service person in that area. She gave me a really deep and ugly sigh, slid her card, and finalized the transaction...all with a not-so-good attitude. It is going to be a very long time before I return to that location...or any Home Depot location, for that matter.

The emplyees are always there to guide you and help you with any questions

Trying to buy 24” LED lights - took me 20 minutes to get the person in charge of the lighting department to come talk to me. Then his response was “We don’t have 24” but I have 48” lights.” Then he laughed in my face! Very rude, unhelpful and completely unprofessional.

Poor customer service, my order was late, had missing items, and had the order was partially wrong. Worse experience I've had at any Home Depot.

This store is great in helping customers. Stephen in Electrical did an excellent job in helping me out. Highly professional service.

The brass garden hose splitter would not seal and its connections. I tried, tightening the internal parts, and it would fall apart again.

Went in & was helped out by an amazing Woman Shereka! Was super helpful & sweet will definitely be back just cause of how awesome she was !

Came for something simple, respectfully asked a few employees where i could find a product, once I found what was needed i wanted to speak to a store manger, once by the offices i asked for Ms. D as i was told to ask for, i was respnded to with a shew away hand gesture and “she busy you gonna have to shew” waving his hands Mr. Kelvin store manager of 6804 never asked what my needs were or if he could help me. Instead i asked “i have to leave” he responded “is that what i said, then yea” I reminded him i needed to speak to ms d he said “well she’ll be about 2 hours if u want to wait” very disrespectful and rude. He continues to reject any type of question for help i ask. I left very upset and surprised a store manger spoke to me that way. I wouldn’t be surprised if he spoke to employees and other customers like this. Very disappointed with the way i was treated and with my experience at store 6804. I will definitely be posting this online and making sure none of my close friends or family go to this store.

It was around 830 at night when I went in to buy a few things, my son is autistic and every time I ask for help I kept getting redirected from aisle to aisle. There were boxes everywhere and maybe it was a restock night but every time I ask for help the employees seem frustrated again my son is autistic so he was getting overwhelmed and he was making somewhat of noise but nothing too loud or crazy and I just felt like they were getting bothered because he was making noise.
