The store is clean and products are easy to find once you have been there before. Like all stores of this type, one must learn where everything is located, but they do not change very often. So, I like to shop here for most of my home improvement projects.

The associates at Home Depot on Slaughter Lane are extremely helpful and very knowledgable!

This store is close to where we live, however we don't come here often as the associate help is not that great. However, on our last visit, associate Akeem was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Product availability is great however. They are always in stock of what we are looking for.

Upon arriving at the Store, I entered in the Loading Zone doors at the Pro Area. I asked a Store Associate Jackie for some direction. She provided me with the information I needed, being friendly, knowledgeable, and directing me to the appropriate Aisle for my parts. She made the experience worth it for sure. Keep up the good work. Great store! I go there 2-4 times per month. Store Associates are available, but not hovering or bothersome. I especially like the veteran discount--it entices me there! It is nice to see the new products. I enjoy their new automotive products section.

I was pleased to be greeted immediately at the door. When I had a question the associate directed me with a smile and there was no waiting in line.

I quickly needed an item and an associated asked if he could help me. He told me exactly were to find it and even though the area was cordoned off, he and another associate working there let me through and let me get what I needed.

I decided to be the project manager of the re-design of my 27 year old kitchen in order to save quite a bit of money. It took help from 4 different clerks at Home Depot because I needed so much help starting from scratch. I have new appliances,a new quartz counter top, new water faucet, new deep sinks, new cabinet handles, new shelving for cook books, and a new light fixture over the sink. Now, my old over the range microwave died and my dryer smelled of something burning (about 25 years old) , so I went back to Home Depot to get the replacements. I am so excited with the new choices. The LG dryer I chose has dials and buttons on the front edge, solving the problem of never really being able to see the dials well in the back. My associate made the whole experience a simple task and a pleasure. I would recommend Home Depot to anyone, especially ladies doing their own home designing and re-model work.

Dan and Dwayne came to my rescue when they helped me find the right battery for my garage door opener and helped me change the old one.

What I could not find in the store, an associate was available to help locate it. If it was not in stock an associate quickly found it online. The Home Depot app has greatly improved and all associates were very helpful in locating what I wanted. Thank you.

We are long time Lowe's customers, but the service there has declined rapidly. We are switching to Home Depot because I came into this store and found everything I needed easily. I was trying to decide on a plant for my front porch and the sales associate was readily available, asked me if I had a question and immediately helped me answer my own inquiry. This is truly great service! Thank you!

Store is smaller than my usual location, but I was still able to find what I needed in a quick manner.

We receive great help and service in a very knowledgeable and friendly manner from all of your employees in various departments. We feel that they go, at times, beyond the call of duty, to make our shopping experience at Home Depot a memorable one. It is also very nice that you always have what we need at the times of our visits. We usually get our necessary items and then spend at least an hour to just browse. Shopping at Home Depot is always a pleasurable experience. Thank you all.

The staff is very helpful. I had to buy rat traps and one of them showed me exactly where I could find them and another one gave me tips on baits and usage. Plus the prices were good too. :)
