Fix the area so pros can get to the pro desk with a cart, fix the outside loading area so it’s only for loading and not people parked and shopping

I walked in and looked around the lighting area for a while. I had some questions but I couldn't find anyone to ask. I moved over to the plumbing area next and stood around with four other guys who had questions and couldn't find anyone to ask for help. I see they cleared out a big section for a self checkout area. We had to check ourselves out too. Do they have employees anymore?

Purchased a refrigerator. The delivery company is useless. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT THAT HAS TO BE DELIVERED. Home Depot will tell you once the order goes to the delivery company they cannot help you if there is an issue. Horrible customer service from the delivery company and even though we purchased the refrigerator from Home Depot they said all they do is call and ask. We purchased the refrigerator on February 24, the delivery company damaged it while installing it and a replacement did not show until April 3. If my brother and myself had not been there, the refrigerator was for our 82 year old mom, she would still not have a refrigerator. The 3 delivery guys had no clue what they were doing and actually to complete the installation I have to call GE. Terrible does not even begin to describe it.

Had 2 separate associates greet and help me during my visit, which was for a zero-turn lawn mower. One of them actually loaded it onto the trailer for me. Great customer experience.

Employees mostly stand talking to each other.

Everyone was very helpful with a smile on their faces! I greatly appreciate all they did to help me!

A little busy at times but great services

This HD location excels at Customer experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you’re loading up. The staff is always willing to help, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make you feel like the most important person. It is a different experience and you need to visit to see for yourself.

Walked into the Garden Center, fully stocked with beautiful plants. Purchased some mums and a couple of pumpkins. The clerk was very professional and asked if I wanted my mums bagged so they wouldn’t get dirk in my car. A positive experience.

If you’re in the market for large appliances, please seek out Judy. She’s by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with!

HAVE MADE SEVERAL PURCHASES AT HOME DEPOT IN SMYRNA THIS YEAR. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND IN SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Had to check out at service desk since I was having them hold a large item to pick up later. Not only did she hold it for me, she had it delivered to my house the following morning before 7am at no extra charge! Amazing customer service!

While it took multiple trips to accomplish my goal it worked out in the end .

I wish all associate’s would go that extra mile to help a customer like the 2 lady’s did for me instead of telling you where to go they went and got it for me and so friendly.

I stopped in to have a new cord installed on my circular saw. I was able to buy the cord but because of a change in policy had to go elsewhere for servicing. I’ve been happy with Home Depot’s work in the past so I was disappointed. All worked out well.

As a service plumber I find myself waiting at prodesks all over middle Tennessee. That being said it really takes a stand out service for me to leave a review and Victoria that stand out employee. I've never seen an associate manage multiple orders as smooth and correctly as she does. Her fast service, attention to detail, knowledge and willingness to help, and her personable interactions truly make her shine as a valuable asset to the homedepot family. This girl deserves praise and a raise.
